This article focuses on the team productive process that used for team production. Team productive activity is that in which a union of inputs yields a larger output than the sum of the products of the separately used inputs. This team production requires assessment of marginal productivities to achieved efficient production. In order to achieve reduce shirking more economically in a firm than by across market bilateral negotiations among inputs, productivities should be monitored to match marginal productivities to cost of inputs.
