【摘要】 合作社在提高农户组织化程度,推广农业技术,推进农业产业化经营等方面具有较大的作用。将分散的农户联合起来，有利于降低生产成本和交易费用,规避市场风险,提高农户的谈判能力。农民专业合作社的基层组织成员是农户,其发展和最终实施的主体也应该是农户，合作社的发展应该以满足农户需求为最终目的。因此,研究农户参与专业合作社的意愿及其满意度，可以揭示合作社发展的内在规律，对把握合作社发展的基本方向,制定支持农民专业合作社发展的政策具有较大的现实意义。

　　论文从参与行为意愿和农户满意度的视角出发,利用对陕西、甘肃、宁夏三省市的农户调查数据,运用统计学方法对调研数据进行了描述性分析，并运用二元Logistic回归模型对农户参与农民专业合作社的意愿和农户对合作社满意度的影响因素进行了计量经济分析。结果表明：对农户参与专业合作社的行为影响比较显著的因素有农户的文化程度、对合作社的认知程度、农业生产中遇到的困难程度、农产品价格波动程度、合作社组织销售的比例、当地农技部门提供服务的满意度、企业提供服务的满意度、当地生产经营集中度以及政府的支持程度；而农户对合作社了解程度、农户对相关扶持政策的了解程度、合作社提供服务的种类与频率、有没有好的组织领头人以及政府的支持力度几种因素比较显著的影响了农户对合作社满意度,其中在合作社提供的服务中提高产品销售价格、提高产品质量和降低生产资料的服务三个因素影响最为显著。

　　基于以上研究，论文从政府、农民专业合作社以及农户三种不同尺度提出了针对性的政策和建议。具体建议有(1)政府层面：加大宣传力度,提高农户的认识水平；对农产品产业进行全方位的支持,提高农户参与行为的内在动机；实施教育和培训计划，为专业合作社的建立和发展提供人才保证；提高农业生产专业化、规模化程度。(2)合作社层面：扩大农民专业合作社的服务领域,提高其竞争力；加强合作社规范化运营,提高内部凝聚力。(3)农户层面：培养农户的合作意识，提升参与热情；提高农民素质，提升参与能力。

　　【Abstract】 Cooperatives make great impact on increasing farmers' organization level, expanding the agriculture technique, and boosting the industrialization of agriculture, which can also unit farmers together, reduce the cost of production and transaction, improve the ability to withstand risks and promote the position of farmers in the negotiation. Farmers are the grassroots members of the farmer specialized cooperatives, and they are the main body in the process of the cooperatives’ development and fully implement of relative policies. The development of the cooperatives should aim at satisfying the farmers’ demand. Accordingly, it has both theoretical and practical significance to analyze the desire of participation and the satisfaction of farmers. It can help us reveal the internal law and grasp the basic direction of the development of farmer specialized cooperatives. Meanwhile, it can provide suggestions for the government to further develop the farmer specialized cooperatives.

　　By analyzing the survey data of farmers of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia provinces, this paper tries to find the factors that affect the desire of participation and the degree of satisfactions of the farmers to cooperatives, where the statistical method of descriptive analysis and bivariate logistic regression model are used. The results show that there are many factors which affect the desire obviously, including the education of the head of a household, the degree of awareness of cooperatives, the difficulties in agricultural production, the price fluctuation, the ratio of organizational sales, the quality of services by the agro-technical branches and corporation, the centralization of production and the degree of support by the government. The satisfaction of participation depends on the members’understanding of cooperatives and the relatively supportive policies, the types and frequency of services, leaders and the degree of support by the government. In addition, the services of raising the price, improving the quality of the products and reducing the costs by the cooperatives is the most important in the service of cooperatives.

　　Based on the research of this paper, some targeted suggestions have been given from the views of government, farmer specialized cooperatives and farmers. The government level: firstly, the government should intensify propagating to strengthen the awareness of farmers to farmer specialized cooperatives; secondly, the government should back up the agricultural production from all-direction and cultivate the farmers’ internal motive to participate; thirdly, the government should take more resources in the education and training to provide the talents for the building and developing of farmer specialized cooperatives; fourthly, the government should promote the degree of the specialization and the scales of production. The cooperatives’ level: firstly, the cooperatives should broaden the range of services and enhance its competitiveness continually; secondly, the cooperatives should intensify the regulation of the operation and administration; thirdly, the cooperatives should also boost internal cohesion. The farmers’level: the farmers’awareness of cooperation and the peasantry quality should be cultivated, as well as the enthusiasm and ability to participate.
