【摘要】农民合作社是农村社会为了应对市场经济和农业产业化的发展而产生的，对发展我国农业生产力，提高农业经济发展水平起着至关重要的作用。在我国特定的环境下，其发展受到经济、政治和社会等多方面因素的影响。根据我们在西北地区的调研，发展程度好，农民积极性强，行动活跃的合作社一般是依托于当地的农村集市生成。农民合作社是兼具社会属性的经济组织，既具经济属性又有社会属性，而农村集市既是农村社会的经济生活网络，又是社会经济网络。通过对文献的梳理以及访谈实例本文认为农村集市的经济与社会关系网络对合作社的生成会产生很重要的影响。本文借鉴集市理论，回顾了理论界对农民合作社的经济与社会属性的研究，通过观察西北地区两个案例来观察农村集市的经济与社会关系网络如何影响农民合作社的生成，以及在此基础上生成的合作社所表现出来的特点和未来的发展趋势。本文的创新之处主要在于：(1)提供了一个新的理论视角，以农民合作社的经济与社会双重属性、农村集市的经济与社会双重关系网络之间的关联为切入点，研究农村集市中农民家庭的社会关系网络对农民合作社生成的影响。(2)丰富了我国农民合作社生成的研究领域，本项研究重点关注农村集市的农民家庭的社会关系对合作社生成的影响，研究现代型社会关系与传统型社会关系各自的影响。

　　论文主要由以下六个部分构成：

　　第一部分，主要介绍了本文的选题背景，研究意义、思路和方法。

　　第二部分，回顾了理论界关于合作社经济与社会属性的研究，介绍了集市理论的的内容和相关述评，界定了经济与社会关系网络的概念。

　　第三部分，简述了西北地区合作社的发展概况和目前存在的合作社的主要类型，详细描述了依托集市生成的两个合作社的案例。

　　第四部分，分析了西北地区农村集市的经济与社会关系网络变迁。

　　第五部分，分析了农村集市中的经济与社会关系网络对合作社生成的具体影响，并借鉴家族企业的治理对合作社的发展提出建议。

　　第六部分，总结了本文的主要结论，并指出了本文的不足和有待深入研究的地方。

　　【Abstract】Farmer cooperatives generates with the development of market economy and agricultural industrialization, it plays an important role on promoting China’s agricultural productivity and the level of economic development. In our particular environment, its development has been economic, political and social impact of various factors. According to our research found in the northwest region, the farmer cooperative which is active, develops well and the members’ enthusiasm is strong, is generally rely on local generation of rural markets. By combing the literature and two cases, this paper find that the economic and social relations network in that the rural market has a significant impact on farmer cooperatives. Farmer cooperative has both social and economic attributes, and there are both economic and social networks in the rural markets. This article analyzes the affect of the economic and social network in rural market on the generation of farmer cooperative by reviewing the theoretical of farmer cooperatives and observing two cases in Northwest Territories and then shows the characteristics and future trends. The main innovations of this paper are:(1) provides a new theoretical perspective on farmer cooperative analysis which links economic and social networks of rural markets and the economic and social duality of farmer cooperative as the starting point. (2) enriches the research areas of the formation of farmer cooperatives, this study focuses on the social impact of rural markets on the generation of farm cooperative and analyze the modern society and traditional social affect.
