【摘要】农民专业合作社将分散的农民联合起来，从而提高农民的组织化程度，达到降低生产成本和交易费用，提高抵御风险能力和市场谈判地位，增强市场竞争力的作用。随着《浙江省农民专业合作社组织条例》实施，温州市农民专业合作社的外部发展环境越来越完善，合作社发展迅速。然而，在发展过程中也出现了农民参与率不高、对农民专业合作社了解程度不够和社员满意度低等问题，这些问题都严重影响了农民专业合作社的发展。因此，研究影响农户参与农民专业合作社意愿和满意度的因素，对于把握未来我国农民专业合作社发展的基本方向，揭示现阶段我国农民专业合作社发展的制约因素，制定政策措施支持农民专业合作社的发展具有重要的现实意义。

　　本文从农户参与意愿和满意度的角度出发，运用社会学、经济学和统计学等相关知识，对温州市农户参与农民专业合作社的统计资料和实地调研数据进行深入挖掘和分析。在考察和总结温州市农户参与农民专业合作社现状的基础上，运用二元Logistic回归模型对农户参与农民专业合作社和满意度的影响因素进行了重点分析。结果表明：农户参与农民专业合作社的意愿受户主年龄、户主文化程度、价格波动程度、土地经营面积、对农民专业合作社的认知程度、政府的支持程度、技术和资金缺乏的问题、以及农技部门的服务等因素的影响显着；社员的认知程度、有没有好的带头人、能否降低生产资料费用和提高产品销售价格、社员对扶植政策的了解以及政府对合作社的支持程度则显着影响社员满意度。要想提高农户参与农民专业合作社意愿的比例和社员满意度，确保农民专业合作社的可持续发展，则必须对影响农户参与意愿以及满意度的因素进行有针对性的改进和完善。

　　基于以上实证分析研究的基础，本文提出若干政策建议：进一步加大农村教育资源投入，重视合作社人才培养；继续加大宣传力度，强化农户对农民专业合作社的认知；积极扶持合作社提高其服务质量，引导合作社的规范性建设；切实加大政府对农民专业合作社的扶持力度；进一步完善耕地流转政策，促进耕地顺畅流转。

　　【Abstract】Farmer specialized cooperatives can unite farmers together and increase the farmers’ organization level. Cooperatives can also reduce the cost of production and transaction, promote the position of the farmers in the negotiation, improve the ability to withstand risks, and enhance the competitiveness in agriculture market. With the implement of "the Law of farmer specialized cooperatives in Zhejiang Province", the external environment becomes better, and farmer specialized cooperatives develop rapidly in Wenzhou. However, there still exist some problems that block the development, such as the farmers’ low participation ratio, the weak comprehension and satisfaction to cooperatives. Therefore, it is both theoretical and practical significance to analyze the desire to participate and the satisfaction of farmers. It can help us to grasp the inherent law and reveal the restraining factors of the development of farmer specialized cooperatives; meanwhile, it can provide suggestions for government to the further development.

　　By using the methods of sociology, economics and statistics, this paper tries to find the factors that affect the desire of participation and the degree of satisfactions by the farmers to cooperatives while analyzing the statistical and survey data of Wenzhou. This paper pays more attention to the method of the bivariate logistic regression model to get the results. There are many factors which affect the desire obviously, including the age and the education of the head of a household, the price fluctuation, the agricultural acreage, the degree of awareness to cooperatives, the degree of support by the government, the shortcutting of the funding and the technology, and the quality of services by the agro-technical branches. The satisfaction of participation depends on whether having a good leader or not, whether reducing the cost of capital goods or not, whether raising the prices of products or not. At the same time, the degree of the members’ degree of cognitive level and understanding the support policy, and the degree of supporting by the government should not be overlooked.

　　According to the research of this paper, the following suggestions are given. Firstly, the government should take more resources in the education in rural areas and pay more attentions to the personal training. Secondly, the government should intensify publicize to strengthen the awareness of farmers to farmer specialized cooperatives. Thirdly, the government should assist farmer specialized cooperatives to improve the quality of services and introduce the building of farmer specialized cooperatives’ normative. Fourthly, the government should intensify the building of farmers’ specialized cooperatives. The last but not the least, the government should complete the policy of circulation of cultivated land to promote the flow of the cultivated land.
