【摘要】农民专业合作社将千家万户分散的小农户与千变万化的大市场紧密衔接起来，提高了农民进入市场的组织化程度，有效保护了弱势小农户的经济利益，加快了农业产业化的发展，为解决“三农”问题做出了积极贡献。农民专业合作社的内部组织结构和运行机制是特定历史条件的产物，理应随着经济、文化、政策等外部环境的变化做出积极调整和完善。目前，随着土地流转的规范化和加速化，我国农村市场的大环境发生了较大变化，涌现出农业大户、农业公司及其他商业公司，这些农村新兴经济组织的出现和繁荣，给农民专业合作社的生存发展带来巨大影响，对其市场竞争力构成一定威胁。本文基于波特“五力模型”理论的视角，分析了土地流转背景下我国农民专业合作社发展坏境的变化及面临的新困难和挑战，借鉴了美国“新一代合作社”的成功经验，提出了我国农民专业合作社进一步发展壮大的思路和对策。

　　【Abstract】It is farmers cooperatives that connect closely tens of thousands of small dispersive families and the constantly changing big market. By this, we can better organize farmers’ access to the market, protect the economic benefits of the disadvantaged peasant households, speed up the industrial development of agriculture and make a positive contribution to address the problems facing China’s agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The internal organizational structure and operational mechanisms of farmers cooperatives is a historical outcome in particular conditions, it should adjust and perfect positively with the environmental change of economy, culture and policy and so on. Up to now, along with the standardization and acceleration of the land circulation, the environment of our rural markets has changed so greatly that the great agricultural families, agricultural corporations and other business companies have emerged in large numbers. The appearance and prosperity of the newly emerging country’s economic organizations mentioned above influence the specialized farmers cooperatives greatly and pose a threat on its competitive power. This article analyze the environmental change and facing new difficulties of Chinese specialized farmers cooperatives in the background of land circulation, based on the theory of Porter’s Five Forces Model angle, draw lessons from the successful experiences of American "new generation cooperatives" and propose new ideas and countermeasures of promoting the development of our specialized farmers cooperatives.
