【摘要】从传统农业社会向现代工业社会转型的过程，也是一个农民组织化程度不断提高的过程。农民专业合作社作为农民自我组织的一种形式，是在农村家庭承包经营基础上，同类农产品的生产经营者或者同类农业生产经营服务的提供者、利用者自愿联合，民主管理的互助性经济组织。它可以降低单个农户既不能有效应对市场风险又不能应付非对称市场力量而造成的利益损失。农民专业合作社作为一种将农民组织起来进入市场的制度安排，是一种促进农业发展、提高农民收入水平和促进城乡和谐发展的有效手段。

　　本文主要以文献分析与社会调查相结合的方法，分析农民专业合作社的内涵与外延，回顾总结国内外农民专业合作社的发展现状，结合中国新形势下农业发展现状，以浙江黄岩农民合作社为例证对象，对其经营模式包括组织结构、经营服务内容、运行机制、绩效等进行系统的理论探讨和实证分析，探讨分析沿海经济发达地区农民专业合作社发展过程中存在的主要问题，从内部运作机制、外部环境机制等方面提出新建设路径的选择及对策性建议，希望能为我国沿海经济较发达地区农民专业合作社建设提供有价值的参考。本研究的现实意义在于加深探讨未来农民专业合作社的发展趋势和创新方向，为实践提供理论依据。

　　【Abstract】The process from the traditional agricultural society to the modern industrial society is along with the improvement of peasants’ organizing. Farmer specialized cooperative is one of farmers’ mutual economic organization of democratic management based on household contract in rural China. It is united by producers of the similar agricultural product or providers of management service voluntarily. It reduces loss cauced by market risks and asymmetric market powers. Farmer specialized cooperative as an institutional arrangement of organizing farmers enter into market, is deemed as one of effective ways to promote agricultural development, increase farmers’ incomes and promote harmonious development of urban and rural areas.

　　The research method of this paper was combined the analysis of literature with social survey. We analyzed the concept of farmer specialized cooperative and its extension meaning and reviewed the development of farmer specialized cooperative in domestic and abroad. We focused on the farmer specialized cooperative in Huangyan county, Zhejiang province as a model and studied the organizational structure, business services, operating mechanism, performance of farmer specialized cooperative in Huangyan county. Based on the theory and empirical analysis of the model, we explored the advantage and potential problems in the farmer specialized cooperatives in economically developed coastal areas. Related solutions and suggestions are put forward on the internal operation mechanism and the external environment. We hope our research will be of help to the development of farmer specialized cooperative.
