【摘要】 福建茶业不论是从茶园面积、茶叶产量、茶树品种、拥有的茶类还是从业的人口数量在全国都具有举足轻重地位,所以茶叶产业的发展对福建茶区经济的发展、茶区农民收入水平的提高具有特别重要的意义。为了克服茶叶生产规模小、抗风险能力弱、茶叶农残超标、茶叶质量无法控制、组织化水平低等弊端,茶叶合作经济组织特别是合作社应运而生,茶叶合作社的出现受到茶农的普遍欢迎,合作社也在短短的几年间取得了一定的成效,特别是在降低农残,提高茶叶质量方面。茶叶合作经济组织的组织形式也多种多样,但同时合作经济组织在发展中存在资金匮乏、融资困难、组织内企业家严重缺乏、组织凝聚力不强、组织运作不够规范和很多茶农持观望态度等问题。合作经济组织发展最终要完全成为茶农自己的组织,让茶农以主人翁的态度加入、管理合作经济组织,促进合作经济组织的良性循环。当下哪些因素影响茶农参与合作经济组织、哪些因素影响他们参与合作经济组织的各项事务、阻碍他们真正成为合作经济组织的主人等等已经成为研究合作经济组织的热点,但根据茶叶特性针对茶农参与合作经济组织行为的实证研究尚未发现,因此本研究具有重要的意义。本研究的主要内容和创新之处如下：本研究首先,以福建茶产业为研究对象,在对国内外相关研究动态及研究成果综合评述的基础上,对茶叶的产品特性、茶叶合作经济组织的存在的必要性、茶叶合作经济组织的特殊性、经济合理性进行分析。第二,结合福建茶产业特点,分析茶叶合作经济组织的发展现状。第三,以茶农是有限理性复杂人、茶农参与行为是参与意愿与参与能力的有机统一、茶农具有需求多样性和层次性特征为假设前提,基于对福建省安溪县9个乡镇17个村的实地调研数据,从问卷设计、数据收集过程和所使用的数据方法等方面对本研究的实证研究设计进行了阐述,本文还对问卷进行信度和效度检验,基本上可以保证样本的合理性和科学性。第四,根据茶农效用理论和合作经济组织理论,基于570份有效问卷调查数据,对样本乡镇茶农进行描述性分析,将影响茶农参与合作经济组织的因素分为茶农的个性特征、茶农家庭资源禀赋、茶农生产经营特征四大部分11个影响因子,为进一步明确各因子的影响程度,应用Logistic回归模型,对影响茶农参与合作经济组织因素进行实证分析。第四,利用行为决策理论、茶农经济行为的动态蛛网理论提出茶农参与合作经济组织的行为决策模式以及利益主体间的关系模型,引入博弈理论对茶农参与合作经济组织的选择机理做进一步分析,构建茶农参与合作经济组织行为体系,包括管理行为、出资行为、交易行为,并进行实证分析。最后,根据理论与调查研究的结果对全文的研究成果做了简要的总结,并在此基础上提出若干政策建议。

　　【Abstract】 Fujian tea industry has national important position on tea garden area, tea output, tea varieties, tea species and employees population. Therefore, the development of tea industry has great significant meanings to the development of Fujian tea economy and advancement of farmer’s income. To conquer some problems including small scale production, feeble risk-resisted skill, tea excess pesticide residues, tea uncontrolled quantity, low systematized level, etc. the tea economic cooperation organization especially cooperation society aroused at the historic moment. The emergence of tea cooperation society is greeted popularly by tea farmer. Tea cooperation society has gained great effect in a few short years, especially in reducing pesticide residues and improving tea quality. Tea cooperation organized forms is varied, but cooperation economy organization exist following problems:lack of money, financing difficulties, organization serious lack of entrepreneurs and cohesion, organization operation lack of criterion, and tea farmers drifting attitude. The development of cooperation economy organization totally become tea framers’own organization, that is, let tea farmers become the master and manage cooperation economy organization, accelerate cooperation economy organization benign circulation. In recent years, the research of cooperation economic organization become a focus on which factors influence tea farmer engaged in cooperation economy organization, cooperation different business and block them become the real master. The empirical studies have not yet found arming at tea farmers’conduct of participating in cooperation economy organization from tea specialty. Therefore, this study has vital significance. The main content and innovation of this paper as follows:This study first analyzes the tea characteristics, existence necessity of tea cooperation economic organization, the particularity of tea cooperation economic organization and economic rationality with Fujian tea industry as research object based on reviews of domestic and foreign research dynamics and research achievements. Second, combined with Fujian tea industry characteristics, this paper analyzes the development status quo of cooperation economic organization. Third, this paper expresses empirical research design including questionnaire design, data collection process and data used methods, based on survey data of 17 villages,9 towns in Anxi County with the hypothesis premise of tea farmer’s limited rational complex feature, tea farmers’participating conduct in conformity with participating willingness, tea farmers’demand diversity and gradation. This paper proofs reliability and validity and basically can guarantee the reasonable and scientific sample.According to tea farmer utility theory and cooperation economic organization theory, this paper carries on the descriptive analysis of sample tea farmers, based on 570 valid questionnaires data. This paper divides the influences of tea farmers participating in cooperation economy organization into four parts, which are, tea farmers’characters, family resource endowment, tea farmers’production and operation features, and 11 impacting factors. To further clarify the influence degree of each factor, this paper applies the logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of tea farmers’participating in cooperation economy organization.It proposes the conduct decision-making model of tea farmers’participating in cooperation economy organization and relationship model among interest subjects, based on conduct decision theory and dynamic web theory of tea farmers economic conduct. It also introduces the game theory into choice mechanism of tea farmers participating in cooperation economy organization and constructs tea farmers participating in cooperation economy organization conduct system, including empirical analysis of management conduct, investment conduct, trading conduct. Finally, according to the results of theory and research, it makes a brief summary and on this basis puts forward some policy suggestions.
