【摘要】 农业产业化经营策略在我国从提出、推广到普及不过短短二十年左右的时间，通过农业制度创新推动农业经济发展的实践效果昭然若揭。但目前的农业依然面临许多亟待解决的问题。农业产业化进程的深化、农业现代化步伐的加快、农业结构调整的深入、农村经济的可持续发展以及农民收入的持续增长等等问题依然是困扰农业发展的关键且棘手问题，在大量的文献阅读和实际调研基础上，我们确定了农民经济组织缺失是影响上述问题解决的核心。在进一步对现有农业产业化经营组织的比较研究基础上认为尽管各种农业产业化经营组织层出不穷，但由于组织性质与目标的限制绝大多数不能成为农民经济组织的主流形式，不能成为农业问题的根本解决对象，只有农民专业合作经济组织是可以全面推广的农民经济组织；该组织作为弱势群体——农民自愿参与、自己管理和自主分配的组织，能最大限度地调动农民参与农业产业化经营的积极性，合理配置农业资源，不仅可以推动农业产业经营进程，加快农业现代化步伐，配合农业结构调整战略实施，而且对于发掘农村经济增长点，增加农民居地就业机会，推进农民收入的持续增长都有切实可行的带动作用，典型案例的实证分析也证明了农民专业合作经济组织是可以在全国范围内普遍推广的农民经济组织。论文的框架如下： 第1章 农业产业化经营及其组织形式。通过文献回顾，确定了农业产业化经营的内涵是农产品种植加工商业化并达到适度规模化的过程中产业链结点上形成的组织形式及其组织间的相互关系；农业产业化经营的基本特征是农民收入持续增长、市场化农业、集约化农业、生产的专业化和集中化、产业链竞争力提高、分工度加深、产业链结点上组织形成各种合作关系、完善的农业社会化服务体系；其中核心的问题是结点组织间的相互关系。 第2章 农业产业化经营组织分类。在对农业产业化经营组织形式进行梳理后，将农户作为研究起点时，确定了农业产业化经营组织就是市场、公司、中介组织等依据在产业链上的重要性和功能通过市场交易、合约关系、一体化等形式与生产组织农户形成不同的相互关系。本文的农业产业化经营组织形式以农户为研究起点锁定为：“专业市场+农户”，“公司+农户”，“中介组织+农户”和“合作社+农户”四种主要类型。 第3章 农业产业化经营组织比较。运用分层多极的串联系统可靠性控制原理可以证明农业产业化经营组织多样性既是必然也是必须：在分工度—经济效率—收入分析框架下，将农业产业化经营组织看成一个个系统进行比较分析，证明以农户为研究起点时农民合作经济组织是适合推进农业产业化经营进程和促进农民持续增收的有效组织形式。 第4章 农业产业化经营背景下农民专业合作经济组织的构建。

　　【Abstract】 Since the strategy of Agricultural industrialization introduced, promoted and widespread in China, the time is not over twenty years. The fulfilling of innovation on Agriculture institution has shown the abstractive effects. But there are still many agriculture problems required to be solved, such as the advancement of Agricultural industrialization proceeding, the speeding of Agricultural modernization, the deep-going of Agricultural structure adjustment, the sustaining of Agricultural economy, the continuous increasing of farmers’ income, etc.. Based on a vast amount of literature reading, the investigation and research, we focus the key solution to those mentioned problems on the missing of farmer’s economic organization.Further comparing the organization of Agricultural industrialization, we take it for granted that many sorts of organizations of Agricultural industrialization can’t be the main stream patterns due to the limits of difference between the character and the target, and can’t be the main channels to solve the mentioned problems. The farmer cooperatives are the ideal economic organizations for spreading over the whole country at present. Such organizations which the farmer who are weakness people attend volunteered, manage by themselves and distribute according to their wishes can bring farmer’s initiative into full play to participate in Agricultural industrialization and allocate agriculture resource reasonably. Thus organizations can play concrete roles on not only pushing forward the proceeding of Agricultural industrialization, implementing the strategy of agricultural structure adjustment, but also exploring the increase points to agriculture economy, increasing the employment opportunities nearby the farmer’s accumulation and carrying forward the continuous increase of farmer’s income. The practical analysis on typical cases makes evidence that the farmer cooperatives are able to be generally spread all over the country. The organization of this dissertation as below:Chapter 1 Agricultural industrialization and its organization. Based on the literature review, the connotation of Agricultural industrialization is defined as the organization patterns and its mutual relationship at the knots of industry chain in the process agricultural products planted and processed to be commercialization and degree of scale. The character of Agricultural industrialization and organizations for Agriculture industrialization are studied based on literature review separately.Chapter 2 Classification of organizations for Agriculture industrialization. After combing the various organization patterns for Agriculture industrialization, farmer household, market, intermediary organizations, processing organizations, Agribusiness, etc. are confirmed as the basic organizations for Agriculture industrialization. Various organizations formulate different mutual relationship according the importance and function through market transaction, contact, and integration. And the organizations for Agriculture industrialization in this dissertation are locked as specialty market + farmer household, corporate + farmer household, intermediary organizations + fanner household and cooperatives + household.Chapter 3 Comparison on the organizations for Agriculture industrialization. The reliability principle in control theory about gradation and multi-pole series system is used to prove the essence and necessary to the variety of organizations for Agriculture
