【摘要】 合作经济组织是一个全球性的经济现象。过去的几十年,我国的农民合作经济组织有了一定的发展,但是其治理模式与较早发展合作社的国家之间仍有较大的差距,阻碍了我国合作事业的快速发展。因此,对我国农民合作经济组织治理模式优化的研究意义重大。本文以农民合作经济组织为研究对象,着重研究我国农民合作经济组织治理模式的现状以及优化。具体包括以下六个部分:第一部分引言。这一部分阐述选题目的和意义,国内外研究动态,概括本文的研究内容,说明本文主要的创新。第二部分农民合作经济组织与治理模式的基础理论。首先是一些重要概念的界定,然后阐述农民合作经济组织的基本理论以及治理模式的基础理论。第三部分我国农民合作经济组织治理模式现状。本部分从三个方面进行分析:首先概括了我国农民合作经济组织的发展史;然后对我国农民合作经济组织治理模式存在的问题归类;最后给出合作组织存在问题的原因。第四部分农民合作经济组织治理模式比较。对美国、日本以及我国台湾地区的农民合作经济组织治理模式进行比较分析,并且在此基础上提出借鉴。分别从委托代理关系、决策机制、激励机制、监督机制对公司和农民合作经济组织进行比较。第五部分我国农民合作经济组织治理的目标模式与治理模式优化。在前文对比分析的基础上,本部分提出了我国农民合作经济组织治理模式选择的一般原则以及目标模式,并遵循这些原则提出了优化我国农民合作经济组织的对策建议。第六部分总结。本文的可能创新之处在于:文章首次总结出了农民合作经济组织治理模式的概念以及治理模式的结构图,并且把我国农民合作经济组织目前存在的治理模式划分为:“能人型”治理模式、“政府主导型”治理模式以及“企业家型”治理模式三类。公司制企业治理模式决策机制的“股份额与决策权的结合”、融资方式的“企业进入资本市场”等在农民合作经济组织治理中的运用。

　　【Abstract】 Cooperative economic organizations are global economic phenomena. After several decades, the peasants’cooperative economic organizations in china have development more. But its governance model still lags the developed countries, which hindered the development of China’s cooperation. Therefore, the research of governance model about China’s peasants’cooperative economic organizations is very important.This article takes peasants’cooperative economic organizations as the research object, and focus on optimizing its governance model .The article includes the following six components:Part I, Introduction. This section sets out the purpose and significance of topics, research trends, and then summarizes the paper, illustrates the innovation.PartⅡ,Theoretical for the peasants’cooperative economic organizations and governance model. Firstly, I defined some important concepts, and then listed the basic theories of peasants’cooperative economic organizations and governance model.partⅢ, Analysis the governance model of peasants’cooperative economic organizations in China. Three aspects for this part: First, the history of the China’s peasants’cooperative economic organizations. And then, classified the problems of governance models; finally, the reasons for the problems of China’s Cooperation Organization.Part IV, Compare the governance model of peasants’cooperative economic organizations. Compare the governance model of peasants’cooperative economic organizations in the United States, Japan and Taiwan, and then give some suggestions. The article gives comparison about principal-agent relations, decision-making mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism between the company and the peasants’cooperative economic organizations.Part V, Optimize the governance model of China’s peasants’cooperative economic organizations. Based on the Comparison, the general principles and objectives model for the peasants’cooperative economic organizations been given in this part. Following the principles, the measures were been give to optimize the peasants’cooperative economic organizations.Part VI, conclusion. The possible innovations of this paper as follows: For the first time, the writer summarized the concept and the structure of the governance model. And then, classified the governance model of peasants’cooperative economic organizations as following:”hotshots" governance model, "government-led" governance model, as well as the "entrepreneurial management" model. The“combination of stock Share with decision-making power”in corporate governance model of corporate decision-making mechanism, the "company enters the capital market" are used in the peasants’cooperative economic organizations.
