【摘要】 农业产业化已经成为全球农业的共同潮流,世界农业已经进入产业化时代。农业产业化组织模式作为农业产业化的一个具体表现形式,直接反映了农业经营体制是否顺应历史潮流,它能否按照市场化、国际化的要求不断创新发展,决定了农业产业化水平的提升与否。因此,我们要根据不同地区的实际情况,通过深化对农业产业化各种组织模式的认识,找到适合本地区的农业产业化组织模式,从而提高农业产业化经营水平,促进农业产业结构调整,实现农业现代化。我国的东北是较早实施农业产业化的地区之一,目前农业产业化组织模式相对有一定程度的发展,但是从总体情况看,现有的产业化组织模式还不能完全适应农业全面市场化和快速国际化的新形势。基于以上考虑,本文以东北地区农业产业化组织模式为研究对象,在深入阐述农业产业化及其组织模式基本理论的基础上,探讨分析农业产业化发展的内在规律,通过对东北地区农业产化组织模式的分析,总结出东北地区农业产业化及其组织模式发展的现状和存在的问题,并根据东北地区农业产业结构调整与农村经济发展的新要求,提出进一步完善和创新农业产业化组织模式的设想及对策建议。

　　【Abstract】 As the absorption point and growth engine to advance the agriculturaltechnology, agricultural industrialization is an effective channel to pushtraditional agriculture forward on its way to modern agriculture, and is also agood solution to the problems of“agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. Adeciding factor in developing industrialization is the choice of its organizationpattern, which decides industrialization process since it serves asimplementation form and allocation means. Hence what specific pattern andwhat particular development mode to be applied to an area are essential to thedevelopment of its agriculture, its rural areas and the peasants. Each areashould choose its own reasonable pattern to further speed up itsindustrialization, according to its real situation.The Northeast is the important commodity grain base in China, and thusindustrialization is essential for the agricultural development. Organizationpatter, on the other hand, decides whether the outcome is good or not. Atpresent, the organization pattern in this area has relatively developed, forminga multi-pattern layout: specialized- market-oriented, leadingenterprise-oriented and intermediary-oriented. However, the industrializationin this area has a late start and these organization patterns are far from perfect.Some problems are still in existence, such as, the profit distribution system isnot sound enough, management system is not effective, organization is relativeslack and others. Researches on industrialization, home and abroad, are mainlyfocusing on such issues as its development mode and pattern, and are ratherweak in such aspects as its regional features and specific regionalindustrialization, especially in how to choose an organization pattern and the feature, role and assessment of the pattern. Consequently, this paper aims tofocus on these aspects and illustrate the feature, role and assessment of mainpatterns, in the hope of solving the problems occurred in industrializationdevelopment and seeking the suitable organization patternThe paper will be divided into eight sections to give a systematicillustration on the organization patterns.The introductory section analyzes the new situation and new task theNortheast is now faced with, provides the background of the paper anddemonstrates the significance of the research. It also introduces the recentoverseas and domestic researches on the issue. It points out that the presentresearches on industrialization are from varied angles and also rich in contents,but they are limited to analysis of some superficial problems and are notincisive enough in some practical problems such as the development direction.As a consequence, this paper takes it as an entry point and the Northeast as theresearch object to analyze the organization pattern.The first section gives a systematic introduction of the basic concept ofagricultural industrialization, pointing out that industrialization is an effectiveway to lead the peasants into the market, and also an effective channel tofundamentally transform agricultural development mode and managementpattern. Organization pattern is an important way to realize industrialization.Second, through the researches on the conditions and main contents ofoverseas agricultural industrialization, this section analyzes the three existingorganization patterns in other countries, pointing out that each country orregion should be based on improved social service and government support,and has to consider its real situation in its choice of suitable pattern, whichshould conform to its natural resources and conditions, its productivity leveland the maturity level of its market. Last, this section offers the theoreticalsupport for industrialization development. Through the analysis of relatedtheories, it discusses how the theories give support to the industrializationdevelopment.The second section discusses the natural resources, social surroundingsand historical background in the Northeast. It illustrates that the Northeast has its natural advantage in developing industrialization. In such a background, theProvinces in the Northeast respectively put forth their development strategies,and after decades of development, agricultural industrialization in theNortheast has noticeably accelerated, and has a tremendous drive.The third section centers around researches on profit allocation systemand organization pattern. It points out that different organization patternsexerts more or less effect on bringing farmers into markets, in extendingagricultural chain, in raising the competitiveness of agricultural industry and inincreasing farmers’income. Through the comparative study of various patterns,it is known that a corresponding pattern may have its advantage in a certainrespect. Only after comprehensively studying the effect of those patterns onpushing forward the industrialization course can we find a most suitablepattern for the Northeast. Over the years, the Provinces of the Northeast haveactively tried new patterns, improved benefit affiliating mechanism,consolidated the basic mechanism of affiliating corporate and farmers, andfurther explored the new patterns in which corporate, cooperative and farmersaffiliate, or corporate, association’s and farmers affiliate, so as to continuouslymove forward the development of the Northeast industrialization.The fourth section takes Jilin Province as an instance. Taking HaoyueGroup Co., Taonan Non-staple Grain and Bean Market of China, QuantaiCounty Pig Breeding Cooperatives as sample cases, this section makes anempirical researches on their organization patterns. After analysis of the threepatterns, it has proved that the Northeast, in particular Jilin Province, hasfundamentally grasped the development ideas and main points discussed inthis paper. They have found their pattern suitable to their regionalcharacteristics, developed and improved industrialization, and have made amarked progress in the course.The fifth section analyzes the developing period of industrialization,pointing out that the Northeast is still in the start-up stage of industrialization,and therefore some problems are inevitable. Through deep analysis of thoseproblems, the paper puts forth the main reasons: the market is not soundenough, management and technical talents are lacking, government support is not strong enough, and social service system is not complete.The six section bases its discussion on the previous parts, and deliberateson the development ideas and choice of organization pattern, and then givessome suggestion and countermeasures on establishing and improvingorganization patterns, namely, improving benefit affiliating mechanism,fostering leading enterprises with great economic strength that can play theleading role, accelerating technological advance, increasing the technologicalelement in industrialization management, raising funds to address thebottleneck in industrialization, building and improving market service systemand switching government function and others.Finally, this dissertation draws its conclusion as follows through itsanalysis of the organization pattern of the agricultural industrialization innortheastern area:First, advantageous agricultural conditions enable it to develop rapidly;second, proper choice of organization pattern provides impetus for its rapiddevelopment; third, the present development of agricultural industrialization isstill in its infancy; forth, Jilin Province keeps exploring various patterns andhas found out a most suitable one for its development, which is based on itsreal situation; fifth, the future of further development lies in continuedinnovation and optimization of the organization pattern.
