【摘要】 随着我国农村经济的不断发展,农民专业合作社日益显示出巨大的发展潜力,日渐成为我国农业经营体制的创新之举、农业现代化道路的必然之选。不过,纵观近年来发展历程,我国农民专业合作社还存在不少问题,包括组织手段落后,组织化程度不高,生产规模较小,专业化水平层次低,管理不规范,以及对合作社文化缺乏共同的认同等。出现这些问题的主要原因之一是合作社内部缺少信任,从而导致合作效率难以提高。因此,研究农民专业合作社社员信任的影响因素,探讨提升合作社内部信任的相关方向和措施,不仅可以提高合作社社员的参与热情和改善合作社的内部管理,也是合作社持久快速发展的内在动力,这对合作社发挥制度优势具有重大意义。针对我国农民专业合作社内部信任低下的现状,本文对合作社社员信任的影响因素展开研究。首先,本文回顾了关于组织内部信任研究的相关文献,提出了农民专业合作社社员信任的组成部分,并且确定了分别从社员自身特性、合作社管理者素质、其他社员素质以及合作社组织特性这四个方面探讨社员对合作社的整体信任。然后在理论分析和国内外研究现状分析的基础上,结合我国农民专业合作社的实际情况,提出了本文的实证分析框架。本文对浙江省89个合作社的普通社员展开问卷调查,实际收回422个有效样本,再对数据样本进行因子分析、结构方程模型分析等实证研究。研究结果表明,农民专业合作社社员信任的影响因素包括:社员的信任倾向、管理者的能力、管理者的品德、其他社员的综合素质、组织规范、组织效益和组织实力这七个因素,其中影响最为显著的是合作社的组织规范公平和组织效益。而合作社社员的个人资本对其信任的影响不显著。最后,根据实证分析结果,本文提出了改善我国农民专业合作社社员信任的相关措施,这些措施包括:加大合作社管理者培训、增进社员交流、加强社员参与合作社管理、推进合作社规范化建设等。
【Abstract】 With the development of rural economics in our country, as an innovation of agriculturalmanagement system, farmer cooperatives increasingly show tremendous development potential, andrural cooperative management has become a necessary choice of China’s agricultural modernizationviatic. In recent years, because of the external environment of farmer cooperatives elevation andgovernment policy guidance, cooperatives have a rapid development. This has promoted the ruraleconomy, improved the level of peasants’ living, but in its development process, the farmercooperative still exist many problems in China, including backward tissue means, low systematismrate, small production scale, low professional level, non-standard management, and lack of commonidentity about the cooperative culture and so on. One of the major reasons is that cooperatives lackof internal trust, and that will leads to the cooperative efficiency. Study on influence factors of thefarmer cooperative members’internal trust, and enhance the direction and measures of cooperation,that will not only can improve the cooperative members’participation and improve the internalmanagement of cooperatives, but also can keep cooperatives sustained rapid development intrinsicmotivation, which plays a significant advantage to the farmer cooperatives.In view of farmer cooperatives internal trust in China is low, this paper begins the reaserch onthe cooperative members trust and the influence factors. Firstly, this paper has reviewed about trustin organization of the relevant literature, and put forward the components of farmer cooperativemembers’trust, then the paper has identified respectively from the members’own characteristics,cooperatives managers’quality, other members’quality and the cooperative organizationcharacteristics to discuss cooperative members’overall trust. Then based on in the theoreticalanalysis and the research status at home and abroad, and combined with actual situation of farmercooperatives in China, the paper proposes the framework of empirical analysis.In this paper, we have investigated ordinary members of 89 cooperatives in Zhejiang province,and actually collected 422 effective samples, and then the data were dealed with by factor analysis,structural equation model analysis and empirical study and so on. The results show that, influencefactors of farmer cooperative members’trust are including seven factors: members’trust propensity,ability of managers, moral of managers, other members’comprehensive quality, the organizationstandard, organization efficiency and organization strength, and two of the most notable factors arethe cooperative organization standard and organization efficiency. But personal capital ofcooperatives members has unefficient influence to the trust.Finally, according to the results of the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward related measures to improve farmer cooperatives members’trust of our country, and these measures include:increased cooperation management training, enhance communication, strengthen the members’participate in cooperative management, advance the standardization construction, and advancecooperation standardization construction.
