【摘要】 随着农业产业化进程的加快、农业结构调整的深入、我国加入WTO等国内外形势的变化,农民作为单个的生产经营单位,面对变幻莫测的市场时具有极大的风险。农民专业合作社作为农民自愿参与、自我管理、自主分配的组织,能最大程度的调动农民的生产积极性,进行农业资源的优化配置,有效地连接了“小农户”和“大市场”,提高了农民在市场中的地位和议价能力,节约了农业生产的成本,规范了农业生产过程,从而提高了产品的质量和竞争力,促进了农业朝着产业化、标准化、组织化的方向发展。同时配合国家的农业结构调整和经济改革的步伐,对于增加农村经济增长点、增加当地农民就业机会、促进农民持续稳定增收都有着积极的作用。本文主要分为以下几个部分:第一章引言。主要介绍本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究内容和论文框架。第二章农民专业合作社的基本理论。回顾了国内外相关理论研究成果,介绍了农民专业合作社概念、基本原则、类型和作用。第三章我国农民专业合作社的发展历程与现状。从地域、行业分布、运行情况、服务功能、利益分配等方面介绍农民专业合作社在我国的现状,并指出了我国农民专业合作社面临的挑战。第四章国外农民专业合作社发展经验借鉴。总结日本、美国、加拿大和法国的农民专业合作社成功的经验以及对我国发展农民专业合作社的启示。第五章实证分析——以四川省井研县农民专业合作社为例。通过分析四川省井研县农民专业合作社的发展现状,证明了农民专业合作社在农业发展和农民增收中的促进作用,同时也发现了农民专业合作社在运行过程中存在的一系列问题。第六章促进我国农民专业合作社发展的政策建议。完善合作社内部治理机制、大力宣传和贯彻《农民专业合作社法》、加大对农民专业合作社的政策扶持力度,包括财政支持、税收优惠、金融支持、着力培养农民专业合作社人才,营造农民专业合作社发展的良好氛围来促进我国农民专业合作社的发展。第七章结论。总结归纳了本文的研究结论,提出下一步需要解决的问题。

　　【Abstract】 Since the acceleration of agricultural industrialization, the deep-going of agricultural structure adjustment, and China joining the WTO, the single farmer is confronted with the unpredictable huge market with great risks. Being the main channels to solve the mentioned problems, farmer cooperatives are the ideal economical organizations for spreading over the whole country at present. Such organizations, which the farmers attend voluntarily, managed by themselves and distributing profits according to their sales share can stimulate farmers to participate in agricultural cooperative and allocate agricultural resources reasonably. Thus farmer cooperatives can play concrete roles by pushing forward the process of agricultural industrialization and implementing the strategies of agricultural structure adjustment. They can also explore the increasing points of agriculture economy and provide more employment opportunities and continuously increase the farmer’s income.Chapter1 Introduction. Based on a great amount of information, this chapter shows the background ,the worth of the paper and the framework of the paper.Chapter2 Basic theories of farmer cooperatives. This chapter reviews the associated research results and introduces the definition, the basic principles, the species and the effects of farmer cooperatives based on the analysis of former theories.Chapter3 The development and current situations of farmer cooperatives in China. At the aspect of spreading, industry, operation, service and distributions of profits of farmer cooperatives, it draws the profile of current situation of farmer cooperatives in China and proposes the challenges we are facing.Chapter4 The reference of the development experiences of foreign farmer cooperatives. The development experiences of Japan, America, Canada and France can be introduced and inspire the development of farmer cooperatives in China.Chapter5 Case studying of farmer cooperatives based on farmer cooperatives of Jingyan Sichuan province.Chapter6 Policy suggestions. By making the inner-operation mechanisms perfect, publicizing the Law of farmer cooperatives, increasing the government supports at the aspects of finance, banking and insurance, training the personnel of farmer cooperatives, and creating the atmosphere, the farmer cooperatives in China will have a bright future.
