【摘要】进入21世纪以来，农村村民自治和民主化的进程加快，农业税免除，国家和农民的关系更加优化，农村发展的宏观和微观环境都发生了较大变化。本土实践中，合作社成为弱势经营者为改善自身的生产经营条件和生活状况、在互助合作的基础上、自愿联合经营的社团法人。

　　伴随着中国农村一系列的社会变迁，农业变革似乎也合情合理地出现在当前这个转型期内。面对千变万化的市场，单个的农民承担着巨大的风险。因此，农民专业合作社适逢而起。它强调"民建、民管、民受益"三个基本原则，使得作为社员的农民具有"自愿参与、自我管理、自主分配"的权力，极大地调动了农民生产的积极性和自主性，进一步优化产业资源配置，成为有效连接"小农户"和"大市场"的桥梁，弥补了传统小农生产的缺点和不足。伴随着农业结构的转型，农民在市场中拥有了较高的议价、定价能力，不仅节约了农业生产的成本，规范了农业生产程序，提高了农产品的商品性，而且客观上提高了农产品的质量和竞争力，促进了农业朝着产业化、标准化、组织的方向发展。与此同时，也符合农业结构调整和产业化经营的要求，对于形成农村新的经济增长点、建设新农村，创造农村良好的就业环境和就业机会，促进农民持续稳定增收都有着积极的作用。

　　河南省作为全国农业大省，农业改革意义超乎寻常。基于此，本研究以郑州、开封、焦作、平顶山、信阳五市为例，进行实地调査和访问，搜集有效问卷108份，调研访谈数十篇，展开研究。本研究沿着一个中心，两个主线展开。一个中心是农民专业合作社；两个主线是内部动力和外部动力。研究的主要内容分为六部分，每个部分不仅各有其独特的视角，而且各个部分环环相扣，逻辑严谨，共同构成了本论文。论文从研究的背景意义着手，介绍了国外农民专业合作社的发展情况及动力机制；在此基础上，经过实证探索出河南省农民专业合作社的动力机制情况及发展过程中遇到的问题；最后本文的落脚点是寻求一种解决农民专业合作社发展过程中的障碍因素。

　　Agricultural reform to Henan Province,meaning extraordinary. Based on this, in this study, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Jiaozuo, Pingdingshan, Xinyang City. The center is specialized farmer cooperatives; two main line of internal power and external power. The main content of the study is divided into six parts, each part not only have their own unique perspective, and part of a chain, rigorous logic, together constitute the present paper. Papers from the contextual meaning of the study to proceed, foreign farmers' professional cooperatives and power. Paper, on this basis, explores the problems encountered in the dynamic mechanism of Henan Province, farmers' professional cooperatives and development process after empirical. Finally, the end-result is to seek a solution to the obstacles in the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives.
