【摘要】 生产基地的建设和发展,将直接关系到农业产业化龙头企业的健康发展、快速变革和整体推进。生产基地快速推进和发展,对农业龙头企业竞争力的提升将构成更大助推力。生产基地是农业产业化龙头企业的依托和平台,通过一定利益机制连接广大农业劳动力,帮助他们完成农业生产并获得丰厚收入,同时为龙头企业提供所需要的农业原材料,由龙头企业实现农产品的深加工和市场销售。

　　近几年,对农业产业化龙头企业竞争力研究也较多,通过评价模型等方法来研究,研究对象主要包括企业本身规模、生产状况、科技人员、资金状况、产品研发等,而对生产基地对龙头企业竞争力带来的影响研究较少。

　　本文以生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力的影响作为研究切入点,首先引入产业组织理论、农业产业化理论、竞争优势理论、产业链理论、博弈理论、企业竞争力等理论,并分析其借鉴意义,然后对生产基地与农业龙头企业竞争力研究的理论基础进行梳理和归纳,包括：农业龙头企业的概念、类型、功能,生产基地的内涵、分类和基本要求等。在此基础上,本文对安徽宣城市两家龙头企业竞争力进行评价指标体系建立和竞争力大小比较分析,之后本文的重点是就家禽业生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力的影响建立测评模型,包括:农业龙头企业的概念、类型、功能，生产基地的内涵、分类和基本要求等。在此基础上，本文对安徽宣城市两家龙头企业竞争力进行评价指标体系建立和竞争力大小比较分析，之后本文的重点是就家禽业生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力的影响建立测评模型，包括评价要素选择、方法确定、评价模型应用步骤，然后对安徽华卫禽业集团和安徽立大禽业集团两家企业进行实证分析。

　　最后，在本文研究基础上，就代表龙头企业的生产基地影响模型研究发现，家禽业生产基地对龙头企业整体竞争力四大指标构成影响程度不同，即包括运营业绩、企业产品、农户带动和发展环境四部分。由此，就生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力的影响进行分析并得到本文结论:生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力是存在正相关影响的;生产基地建设受到多种理论和现实因素影响与决定;农业产业化龙头企业和生产基地可以确定为三大关系类型;生产基地对农业龙头企业竞争力影响是可以通过构建影响测评模型的综合分析和应用来实现的。

　　【Abstract】 Production base construction and development, will be directly related to the industrialization of agriculture leading overall health, rapid change and development. Production base for rapid progress and development, leading to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises will constitute a greater boost power. Production base of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises rely on and platforms, through a certain mechanism to connect the interests of vast numbers of agricultural labor force, helping them complete access to huge agricultural production and income, at the same time to provide market-leading enterprises of agricultural raw materials needed to realize the deep processing of agricultural products and markets sales. In addition, the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in china's agricultural development plays a very important role and therefore the relevant countries have also introduced policies to support the development of leading enterprises in agriculture, business itself has to seize this opportunity to improve their own competitive advantage and strength.

　　In recent years, the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises more competitive research, through the evaluation model and other methods to study subjects in research, including the size of the enterprise itself, the production conditions, scientific and technical personnel, financial status, product development and so on, while the production base the competitiveness of enterprises as the leading study of the impact of less.

　　In this paper, the agricultural production base of leading enterprises competitiveness as a research starting point, the first introduction of industrial organization, agricultural industry theory and competitive advantage, industry chain theory, game theory, theory of enterprise competitiveness, and to analyze its reference，and then on the production base and competitiveness of agriculture leading enterprises to sort out the theoretical basis and induction, including:the concept of leading agricultural enterprises, types, functions, production base of content, classification and basic requirements. On this basis, the paper declared the city the two leading enterprises in Anhui competitiveness and competitiveness of the size of model comparison, after the focus of this article is to base the competitiveness of agriculture leading enterprises of the evaluation model, including evaluation factor selection, method to determine the evaluation model application steps, then make analysis of anhui huawei poultry group and anhui 1i wei poultry group.

　　Finally, on the basis of this study, on behalf of the production base of leading enterprises affected model shows that the poultry industry production base in the overall competitiveness of leading enterprises affected in varying degrees the four indicators, including the operating performance, enterprise products, promote and develop farmers environment of four parts. As a result, the production base for the competitiveness of agriculture leading enterprises to analyze the impact and get this conclusion: the agricultural production base of leading enterprises competitiveness is positively associated impacts; production base by many theoretical and practical factors and decisions; agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and production base can determine the relationship between the three types; production base on the impact of agriculture leading enterprises competitiveness is affected by building a comprehensive analysis of measurement model and application to achieve.
