【摘要】 我国是一个农业大国，多种农产品产量和消费量位居世界前列，农业人口占全国人口的大多数。但我国农业大而不强，长期以来，农业生产力水平低，农村发展缓慢，农民增收困难等突出问题严重制约了我国广大乡村地区经济和社会的发展，延缓了我国全面建设小康社会的步伐，阻碍了我国整体社会主义现代化建设的进程。农业、农村和农民问题已成为关系我国改革开放和现代化建设全局的重大问题，已成为党和国家工作的重中之重。中国共产党十六届五中全会提出把“建设社会主义新农村”作为我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务，提出要按照“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的要求，扎实推进社会主义新农村建设，新农村建设是在新的历史背景中，在全新理念指导下的一次农村综合变革。而农业产业化作为一场新的农村产业革命，是继家庭联产承包责任制和乡镇企业之后的又一伟大创举，代表了我国农业发展的基本方向，符合当今农业发展的一般规律，是市场经济条件下农业的基本经营方式，是提高农业综合生产能力、促进农民增收、推进农业现代化的重要途径。因此，农业产业化是发展农业和农村经济的必然要求，能够促进农村经济社会全面发展，是解决“三农”问题、推进社会主义新农农村建设的一项重大战略举措，农业产业化的发展状况关系新农村建设的基础，影响新农村建设的成败。发展农业产业化，极大地调动了广大农民的生产积极性，有力的促进了农业和农村经济的发展，从而不断推动社会主义新农村建设的进程。本文就是立足社会主义新农村建设的视角，以我国新农村建设中的农业产业化问题为目标，在阐述社会主义新农村建设和农业产业化基本理论的基础上，运用总体研究与个案研相结合、以个案研究为主的方法，全面分析寿光新农村建设中农业产业化产生的背景、发展的过程、取得的成绩(作用)、面临的问题与新的要求，并针对问题与要求提出相应的解决思路和对策，力求为推动我国农业产业化新发展提供理论指导、方法借鉴和经验总结，为我国社会主义新农村建设服务。

　　全文分为四个部分，第一部分主要介绍新农村建设和农业产业化的基本理论，第二部分主要介绍我国农业产业化的历史发展及存在的问题，第三部分主要介绍农业产业化发展典型个案—寿光农业产业化发展的实践与经验启示，第四部分主要介绍在新农村建设对我国农业产业化提出新的要求和寿光典型实践对我国农业产业化提供理论指导、方法借鉴、经验总结的条件下，如何解决农业产业化存在的问题，以促进我国农业产业化的发展。

　　论文的创新点在于在新农村建设的视角下，通过个案研究为解决我国农业产业化的问题和促进农业产业化发展提供可借鉴的思路。

　　【Abstract】China is a large agricultural country, a variety of agricultural output and consumption ranks is in the front row, the agricultural population takes most of the whole population. The agriculture of china is big but not strong. It has been a long-term that agricultural productivity is in low level ,and the rural area develops very slow, It’s very difficult to increase the income of farmers, all the problems have restricted the development of economy and society in the rural area, delayed the well-off society of pace, hindered our country the whole process of socialist modernization construction. The problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers in China has become the problem as reform, opening up and modernization of the global major issues, has become a top priority in the work of the Party and State. The Chinese Communist Party Plenum of the CPC Central Committee adopted the recommendations on economic and social development in the construction of new socialist countryside "as a major historic task for China's modernization process, proposed toin accordance with the requirements of the development of production, affluent life, civilization, clean and tidy village and democratic management ", push forward the construction of a new socialist countryside, the new rural construction in the new historical context, a new concept under the guidance of rural comprehensive change. The industrialization of agriculture as a new rural industrial revolution, is another great initiative after following the household contract responsibility system and township enterprises, representing the basic direction of China's agricultural development, in line with the general rules of today's agricultural development is market the basic mode of operation of agriculture in economic conditions is to increase agricultural production capacity, increase farmers' income, an important way to promote the modernization of agriculture. Therefore, the industrialization of agriculture is an inevitable requirement for the development of agriculture and rural economy, to promote rural economic and social development is to solve the "three rural" issues, and promote a new socialist countryside construction of a major strategic initiatives, the development of agricultural industrialization the basis of the relationship between the new rural construction, affect the success or failure of the new rural construction. This article is based on the perspective of a new socialist countryside construction, agricultural industrialization in China's new rural construction, elaborated on the basic theory of a new socialist rural construction and agricultural industrialization, the use of the overall research and case studies case study-based approach, a comprehensive analysis of the background generated by the industrialization of agriculture in the the Shouguang new rural construction, the process of development, the achievements of (role), the problems faced by the new requirements, and the problem with the request solve the ideas and measures to promote the new development of agricultural industrialization in China, and strive to provide theoretical guidance, and methods for reference and experience for China's new socialist countryside construction services.
