【摘要】 近年来,农民专业合作经济组织在安徽省各地迅速发展,越来越多的人已经意识到,引导农民走联合与合作之路是我国农业发展的客观要求,是促进农民增收,提高农民地位以及促进社会主义新农村建设的重要举措。但是,目前安徽省农民专业合作经济组织的发展仍处于起步阶段,其自身存在许多问题。因此,对安徽省农民专业合作经济组织发展现状及存在的问题进行研究,分析这些问题产生的原因并提出相应对策,对于促进安徽省农民专业合作经济组织的健康发展有着十分重要的意义。

　　本文在对安徽省农民专业合作经济组织发展现状进行实证分析的基础上,结合实际调研资料,从内部组织运行机制及外部环境两方面提出现今安徽省农民专业合作经济组织存在的主要问题,并总结了一些国内外农民专业合作经济组织的先进经验,进而提出了促进安徽省农民专业合作经济组织的健康发展的对策建议。本文共分为六章。

　　第一章,导论。本章主要阐述选题的背景、目的和意义以及并对近几十年的国内外相关研究进行综述,界定相关概念,明确研究思路与研究方法,最后提出了本文的可能创新及不足之处。

　　第二章,安徽省农民专业合作经济组织发展现状与作用成效。本章界定和阐述了安徽省农民专业合作经济组织发展的三个阶断，并总结了其的发展现状与作用成效。

　　第三章，安徽省农民专业合作经济组织存在的主要问题及原因分析。本章结合实际调査资料来分析安徽省农民专业合作经济组织在组织运行机制及外部环境上存在的主要问题，并选取了几个典型案例进行个案分析，最后分析了导致这些问题产生的原因。

　　第四章，国内外农民专业合作经济组织的经验借鉴。本章通过对日本、韩国和印度这三个邻国的农民专业合作经济组织以及浙江、福建的几个典型的较为成功的农民专业合作经济组织进行分析，总结出一些先进经验，为安徽省农民专业合作经济组织发展提供实践参考。

　　第五章，促进安徽省农民专业合作经济组织健康发展的建议。本章通过从农民专业合作经济组织自身以及政府两个层面，提出了完善合作经济组织内部运行机制及外部环境的对策建议，为我省农民专业合作经济组织的发展献言献策。

　　第六章，总结。对本论文的内容进行全面的总结，并阐述了笔者的一些创新成果以及在农民专业合作经济组织研究领域的作用和意义。

　　【Abstract】In recent years, Farmers' Professional Cooperative Economic Organization (FPCEO) in Anhui province has developed rapidly.More and more people have realized that let the farmers to join the cooperation is the objective requirement of China's agricultural development and is a important way to increase farmers' income and status,it is also can promote the construction of new socialist countryside. However,the FPCEO in Anhui province is still in its initial stage so it has many prob lems .Therefore ,to analyze the present status of development and problems of FPCEO in Anhui province has great significance for promoting its healthy development.

　　On the basis of empirical analysis on the present status of development of FPCEO in Anhui province,using survey data to reveal its problems in organizational mechanism and environment .By summarizing the successful experience of domestic and foreign FPCEO to put forward suggestions to promote its healthy development. This paper is divided into six chapters.

　　Chapter one,introduction,This chapter is mainly introduces the background, purpose,importance,the summary of the past studies of the subject, clariying some relevant concepts,introducing the research ideas and methods and pointing out the possible contributions and directions for further research.

　　Chapter two, the present status of development and effect of FPCEO of Anhui province.To define three different stage of FPCEO of Anhui province and to summarize its present status of development and effect.

　　Chapter three,the problems of FPCEO of Anhui province.In this chapter, first revealing the problems of FPCEO in Anhui province in organizational mechanism and environment, then to research on several typical cases,at last,analysing the resason of the problems.

　　Chapter four,the successful experience of domestic and foreign FPCEO.This chapter is to summarize the successful experience of FPCEO in Janpan,Korea,India and Zhejiang,Fujian province in order to provide practical reference for the FPCEO in Anhui province.

　　Chapter five,the suggestions for promoting the healthy development of FPCEO in Anhui province. To put forward some advices from the FPCEO and government to establish good organizational mechanism and environment in order to promote its healthy development.

　　Chapter six,concluding remarks.To summarize the content and to explain the innovations and effect of this paper.
