【摘要】 “农超对接”农产品供应链是农产品供应链中的一种,是在传统农产品供应链的基础上,通过减少中间环节发展而来的。“农超对接”的实施,必然会对整个农产品供应链,特别是生鲜农产品供应链产生重大的影响。“农超对接”从形式上突出了农商产销职能的进一步分离,但更强调了内在机制上关联度的统一和资源的整合,是农副产品流通体系的一种创新,有助于构建适合我国基本国情的农产品现代流通体系。为了使“农超对接”农产品供应链在运作的过程中更加安全和高效,减少“农超对接”合作过程中的风险,同时在风险发生后可以把损失减少到最小,故本文旨在分析“农超对接”农产品供应链的基础上,研究“农超对接”农产品供应链的风险管理的风险识别、风险评价和风险控制三个方面。

　　本文通过定性分析和定量计算相结合的研究方法来进行风险管理相关内容的研究。通过本文的研究,在对“农超对接”农产品供应链进行整体分析的基础上同时进行要素分析和模式分析,并通过分析“农超对接”农产品供应链的风险因素,从而完成风险识别的过程；然后运用模糊理论和数学方法,建立风险评价模型,对风险因素进行排序,最终的风险排序作为风险评价的结果。在风险排序之后,分农民专业合作社和超市在合作过程中独立决策和风险共担两种情形，通过对合作模式的研究探讨风险控制的内容，最终达到控制合作过程中的风险，实现“农超对接”双方利益最大化的目的。

　　【Abstract】 "Farming-Supermarket Docking" is one kind of the agri-product supply chain, which comes from the traditional agri-product supply chain, by reducing the intermediate link and improving the supply chain's efficiency.“Fanning-Supermarket Docking" separates the functions of producing and distributing of agri-product in form, and emphasizes the inner connection of the agri-product supply chain and the integration of resources. It's one kind of innovation of the agri-product supply chain, which helps to a new distribution system of agri-product based on the situation of our country. This dissertation will research on risk identification, risk assessment and risk control of "Farming-Supermarket Docking" 'risk management process, to make it safe and efficient, reduce the risk and minimize the loss.

　　This dissertation uses the research method of mixed qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of‘下arming-Supermarket Docking" `s factors and modes, this dissertation analyses the risk factors as risk identification, and then uses Fuzzy Theory and mathematical method to model for the risk evaluation. Ranking of the risk factors is given as the result. After the risk evaluation, this dissertation discusses the cooperative modes for controlling the risks, and the discussion focus on two situations when the Farming and Supermarkets make decisions during cooperating: making decisiozis alone and sharing the risks. To do this is to make the risk might happen during cooperating under control and maximize the profit of "Farming-Supermarket Docking".
