【摘要】 农村合作经济组织在提高农民组织化程度,推进农业产业化经营、增加农民收入等方面起到积极作用。本文以理性选择理论、帕森斯的社会行动理论为支撑点,综合运用文献研究、问卷调查、个案访谈相结合的研究方法,以江西省W县为调查地点,对农户参与农村合作经济组织的意愿和行为及其影响因素进行分析。

　　本研究的内容有：第一,分析w县农村合作经济组织发展现状。第二,描述农户参与农村合作经济组织的意愿和行为。第三,对影响农户参与农村合作经济组织意愿和行为的因素进行分析。第四,根据研究得出的结论,提出促进农村合作经济组织发展的政策建议。

　　本研究得出的主要结论有：

　　首先,农户对农村合作经济组织的认知程度较低、参与组织的比例不高,但是具有参与组织的意愿和动机。

　　其次,农户参与农村合作经济组织的选择意愿具有一致性。组织发展模式方面,农户更倾向选择农业生产大户和龙头企业牵头兴办的农村合作经济组织：组织成员方面,农户认为农村合作经济组织应该有不同身份的成员参与；组织运作资金筹集方式方面,农户认为农村合作经济组织的资金应通过社员入股、银行借贷、政府补贴等方式筹集运作资金；组织利益分配方式方面,农户认为农村合作经济组织的盈余应按照比率提取公积金,剩余通过股金分红、按交易量(额)返利等方式分配。

　　再次,农户参与农村合作经济组织行为效果比较差,农户对组织的满意度不高,对组织表现出较强的不信任感。

　　最后,农户参与农村合作经济组织的意愿和行为是受多种因素所致。宏观外部因素中政府的支持力度、市场的环境特征、组织的发展状况,微观个体因素中农户的思想观念、性别、文化程度、干部经历、农户对组织的认知状况对农户参与组织的意愿和行为产生影响,但是农户的年龄、家庭经济水平对农户参与组织的意愿和行为影响不显著。

　　【Abstract】Rural cooperative economic organization (RCEO) plays a positive role in enhancing the organization level of the rural area, promoting the industrial management of agriculture, and increasing the income of farmers. We made a comprehensive analysis about the farmers' willingness, behavior and the influence of participation in RCEO, taking county W in Jiangxi province as the research site. Our research based on authoritative science theories, such as the rational choice theory and Parsons's social action theory. During this research, document analysis, questionnaire and case study are applied.

　　This paper studies mainly includes the following aspects: firstly，to analyze the current situation of RCEO in county W. Secondly, to describe the willingness and behavior of farmers' participation in RCEO. Thirdly, to analyze the factors which affect the willingness and behavior of fanners' participation in RCEO.Fourthly, to give some policy suggestions on promoting the development of the RCEO, according to the research results.

　　Conclusions drawn from this paper research are the followings:

　　First of all, although the peasant households have lower cognitive degree of RCEO, and lower parentage in the participation of RCEO, they still have motivation and willingness to participate in.

　　Secondly, the willingness of peasant household consists to the participation in RCEO. As for the developing patterns, they prefer to choose the RCEO leaded by large scale agricultural production and the leading agriculture enterprises. For the members，they think that the membership of RCEO should be diversified. In the mode of organization's financing and funding, the major sources are expected to be the share contribution of its staff, bank loans and government subsidy. To the distribution of interest, they suppose the surplus of RCEO should be extracted by ratio of the provident fund. And the others should be distributed by sharing out bonus and rebating according to the volume.

　　In addition, the effects of farmers' behaviors participating in RCEO are poor. The farmers do not show their high satisfaction but strong distrust to RCEO.

　　Lastly, the peasant households5 participation willingness and behaviors are depended on various factors，including the macroscopic exterior factors, such as government's supportive strength, marketing economic features and the development of RCEO, and the microcosmic individual factors, for example, ideology, gender, education level, cadre experience, effects of the cognition of RCEO to the farmer's participation willingness and behaviors. But the influence of the age and the family economic levels is slight.
