【摘要】 近三十年的农业发展依靠的是注重个体性的家庭承包经营制度，高成本农业和风险社会背景下中国农村的发展势必走向合作化、组织化的发展道路，通过互助合作、组织力量来抵御不可预知的市场风险，实现以土地权益为主的农民权益的最大化。农民专业合作经济组织是市场经济体制下农业生产的重要组织载体，代表农民阶层经济文化利益，是促进农村发展，推进农业产业化经营，实现农民共同致富，建设社会主义新农村不可或缺的重要手段。因此，研究农民专业合作经济组织载体功能发挥的影响因素具有很重要的现实意义。

　　本文结构分为6个部分。第一章为绪论，主要阐述了选题的背景、研究的目的及意义、研究的思路及方法、研究的重难点及创新之处，并对农民专业合作经济组织、载体功能基本术语作了特别界定。第二章是农民专业合作经济组织国内外相关研究文献综述，并阐述了相关的理论基础。第三章是对农民专业合作经济组织的发展现状、特点及存在的主要问题进行了分析。第四章是对农民专业合作经济组织载体功能发挥的影响因素的相关理论分析，阐明农户意识、资金因素、技术因素、政府政策及信息因素对载体功能发挥的影响。第五章是实证检验部分，以重庆市的样本数据，对农民专业合作经济组织载体功能发挥主要影响因素的实证检验。最后一章是根据理论与实证检验结果得出的研究结论与政策建议。

　　理论分析与实证研究结果表明，农民专业合作经济组织载体功能对促进农民专业合作经济组织的发展具有积极影响。研究结论表明目前我国农民专业合作经济组织载体功能的作用不强。资金因素、政府政策因素、农户意识因素、以及技术因素对农民专业合作经济组织载体功能发挥的影响显著。本文根据研究结论提出的针对性政策建议主要包括：①提高对农民专业合作经济组织的认识；②加大资金支持力度，拓宽融资渠道；③加大政策支持力度，优化政策环境；④加强对农民专业合作经济组织的技术支持；⑤完善对农民专业合作经济组织的信息支持。

　　【ABSTRACT】During the past three decades, the agricultural development relied on the household contract responsibility system, which focuses on individuality. Against the background of high-cost and high-risk agriculture, the rural development must go toward co-operative organization road. The unpredictable market risks could be resisted by mutual cooperation and organizational strength, and the land-based interests of farmers could be maximized. Farmer cooperative organization is an important organization carrier of agricultural production under the market economic system, which on behalf of the economic and cultural interests of the peasantry, is an indispensable means to promote rural development, push forward the industrialized operation of agriculture, help the realization of farmers’ common prosperity, and build a new socialist countryside. Therefore, to study the influencing factors of farmer cooperative organizations to bring into full play possesses very important practical significance.

　　The structure of the paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the background of the topics, the purpose and significance of the research, ideas and methods of the study, the emphasis and difficulties and innovations, and specifically defined the basic terms about farmer cooperative organizations and the carrier function.The second chapter is a literature review of relevant studies of farmer cooperative organizations and the related theoretical basis are explained. The third chapter is the analysis for the development status the characteristics and the main problems of the farmer cooperative organizations. The fourth chapter is the related theoretical analysis of the influencing factors for the carrier function of farmer cooperative organizations to bring into full play, including farmers’ consciousness, financial factors, technical factors, government policies and information factors. The fifth chapter is the empirical research section. Based on the sample dates of Chongqing city, we studied the main influencing factors for the carrier function of farmer cooperative organizations to bring into full play. The final chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations derived from theoretical and empirical research.

　　The results of theoretical analysis and empirical research show that the carrier function of rural specialized cooperative economic organization has a positive impact on promoting the development of farmer cooperative organizations. The findings show that china's farmer cooperative organizations carrier function is not strong. Financial factors, government policy support factors, awareness factors of farmer cooperative organizations, and technical factors play significant roles upon the carrier function of farmer cooperative organizations. According to the conclusion, the targeted policy recommendations include: ①raise awareness for the farmer cooperative organizations; ②to strengthen the financial support and broaden the financing channels;③to strengthen the policy support and improve the policy enviroment; ④ to strengthen the technical support for the farmer cooperative organizations; ⑤to improve the information support for farmers' cooperative society.
