【摘要】 本文选题的初衷在于借鉴国内外有关农业产业化的理论和中国十几年农业产业化经营实践，通过对农业产业化的成因进行经济学分析以及对我国农业产业化的现状、特点、作用和现实意义进行分析，推出用农业产业化这种创新的组织形式推进吉林市农业发展的必要性。同时，系统总结吉林市农业产业化发展中的特点、成就，存在的问题以及发展农业产业化所具备的优势，借鉴国外发达国家的作法和经验，推出吉林市农业产业化发展的对策和途径，为吉林市农业产业化的发展提供借鉴与参考。

　　本文在研究过程中主要采用的研究方法，首先，运用举例分析研究的方法，深入分析国内外农业产业化发展和研究现状，进而阐明农业产业化的内涵和特征。其次，运用数据分析的方法。搜集说明吉林市农业发展状况的一系列资料，包括近十年来农民的人均收入、农业产业化收入以及农业产业化总产值等，通过数据分析，说明农业产业化经营在增加农民收入和促进农业总产值增长中的作用。第三，运用调查研究的方法，总结吉林市在农业产业化经营中取得的经验、存在的问题。第四，运用规范分析的方法，提出推动吉林市农业产业化发展的对策和途径。

　　本文通过深入分析，得出如下结论：要通过着力实施“八抓”来进一步实现吉林市农业产业化跨越式发展，从而助推吉林市农业现代化发展。要抓机制，增强现代农业发展助推力量；抓规划，发挥吉林市自然资源优势；抓基地，夯实农业各个产业发展基础；抓项目，培育壮大龙头企业；抓投入，加大对农业发展的扶持力度；抓品牌，提高农业产品的市场竞争能力；抓服务，优化农业发展环境；抓安全，强化农产品质量安全监督管理。

　　在今后的发展中，吉林市农业产业化发展在谋求更大的发展的道路上，要积极培育和完善农产品市场流通体系建设；创新组织形式，形成风险共担、利益共享的市场主体；破解制约企业发展的瓶颈，培育和壮大龙头企业；实施名牌带动战略，扩大知名度；立足区域优势确定主导产业，形成特色和规模；加快农业标准化进程；加强农业产业化项目建设，全力招商引资；转变政府职能，有效发挥政府在农业产业化发展中的职能作用。
