【摘要】 农民专业合作经济组织是目前我国农业发展中最主要的微观经济组织，它不仅是家庭联产承包责任制的有效补充和新的生产力环境和小农户经营体制下必然的制度创新。农民专业合作经济组织为我国小农户在实现与大市场有效对接，提高单个农户在大市场中的议价能力等权利保护能力上，发挥着不可替代的作用，而且如果发展得当，它还将会是实现我国农业产业化发展的不可或缺的载体和新农村建设中的有力助手。

　　而且从总体来看，我国以合作社为代表的农民专业合作经济组织的发展才不到30年，其模式选择和功能建设还处在不断摸索和尝试的初级阶段。因此，本文试图通过对相关文献的学习和实地调研，提出一套新的农民合作经济组织的功能体系，即，农民专业合作经济组织综合服务功能体系，并在此基础上建立符合我国国情的农民专业合作经济组织的发展模式，试图以此搭建合作经济组织发展与农业产业化和新农村建设的桥梁。本文可分为六章。

　　第一章，导论。本章主要是简要阐述研究背景和研究意义；总结了以合作社为主体的农民合作组织的发展历程和学术界对其的研究脉络；总结了近几十年来，我国农民专业合作经济组织的发展和发展中存在的主要问题；简述本文用到的研究方法和可能的创新点等。

　　第二章，概念的界定及评价指标的设置。本章首先对相关概念作出界定；接着以专业合作社和综合合作社的比较和国内学术届对合作社模式选择的争议为基础，引出本文的主题概念—农民专业合作经济组织综合服务功能；然后建立了农民专业合作经济组织综合服务功能指标体系，并用AHP计算指标权重。

　　第三章，综合服务功能实证研究。本章首先简要介绍了模糊综合评价法；随后运用该方法分别从农户的视角实证研究农户对农民专业合作经济组织综合服务功能的潜在需求，和从社员的视角研究其对目前合作经济组织综合服务功能的满意度；最后得出研究农民专业合作经济组织综合功能的必要性。

　　第四章，产业链组织结合与综合服务功能建设。本章首先说明了产业链组织结合模式的运行机理和发展条件；然后通过案例分析验证该发展模式的可行性；最后提出发展建议。

　　第五章，综合服务功能建设与村治模式改良。本章的结构如下，首先，介绍了村委会职能演变；其次分析农民专业合作经济组织对乡村治理的影响；接着构造了乡村社区发展的新模式，即“党建、村治、合作社发展”模式，并引入案例分析；最后对“党建、村治、合作社发展”三方结合式发展模式提出建议。

　　第六章，结论与展望。本章对该论文研究中的成果做了最后的概述，提出研究展望，总结了该研究可能的不足之处。

　　【ABSTRACT 】 Farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations are the most important micro-economic organizations in agricultural development. They are not only effective complements of the household contract responsibility system but are inevitable institutional innovation in new output and productivity environment and small-scale farmers operating system. Farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations are playing irreplaceable roles in many rural development, such as, in docking with large market, improving individual farmers’ capacity of right protection in bargaining in the big market, and what’s more, if the development is appropriate, they will be necessary carriers and powerful aides in the realization of China's agricultural industry and the development of new rural construction.

　　Overall, the development of professional cooperative economic organizations regarding China's farmers' cooperatives as their most typical representatives only has a history of less than 30 years, and their mode selection and functional building are still in a constant exploration and stay in a initial stage. Therefore, this article attempts to create a new rural cooperative economic organizations’ function system, that is, the system of comprehensive service functions of the farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, through the study of literature and field research, and on this basis tries to build development model of China's farmers professional cooperative economic organizations in line with China’s real agricultural situation and in such attempt to build bridges between the development of cooperative economic organizations and the industrialization of agriculture and new rural construction. This article is divided into six chapters.

　　Chapter 1, Introduction. This chapter briefly described the research background and significance; summarizes the development process of professional cooperative economic organizations regarding China's farmers' cooperatives as their most typical representative and the research context of them in the academic world; summarizes in recent decades, in China, the development of farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations and the main problems; outlined the research methods used in this article and possible innovation.

　　Chapter 2, Definition of the concept and the establishment of index system. In this Chapter, Author firstly defined the relevant concepts; then compared professional cooperatives and comprehensive cooperatives listed controversies about the cooperative model selection in domestic academic field, and then on this basis, leads to the concept of the theme of this paper- the comprehensive service functions of farmers’ professional cooperative economic organizations; then, Author finished the establishment of index system of farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations’ comprehensive service functions, and then determined the index weight by AHP.

　　Chapter 3, Empirical research of the comprehensive service functions. This chapter first stated the basic assumptions of the study of objects’ necessity; and then introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; then applies this method, from the perspective of farmers, makes the empirical research of farmers’ potential demand on the comprehensive service functions of farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, and from the perspective of the members of farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, makes the research of their satisfaction with the comprehensive service functions of cooperative economic organizations; by the end, comes to make the overall analysis and gap analysis based on the study of the above two perspectives, and the conclusion is that it is necessary to build farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations’ comprehensive service functions.

　　Chapter 4, Combination of industrial chain organizations and construction of the comprehensive service functions. This chapter first describes the operation mechanism of the development model and some possible development conditions; at last, validates the feasibility of the development model by case studies.

　　Chapter 5, the construction of cooperatives’ comprehensive service functions and the improvement of village governance mode. The chapter is structured as follows, first of all, the research described the phenomenon that the village committee functions transferred and this leaded to some overlap between the village committee functions and the professional cooperative economic organizations’ functions, on this basis, Author put forward that the village governance mode must be managed together with the development of cooperatives to achieve a comprehensive and integrated governance mode for the development of the two; then, by analyzing the important influence on the mode of rural governance from the development of agricultural cooperatives, Author researched how to enable the development of cooperatives and rural grass-roots management to form a cohesive force; then, combine with theoretical studies and typical case analysis to explore a new model for rural community development, that is, the model of "party+villagegovernance+ the development of cooperatives"; finally, make recommendations on the tripartite combination of "party+ village governance+ the development of cooperatives".

　　Chapter 6, Conclusion and Prospect. Made a final overview of the results in this chapter, listed the prospect of the study, summed up the probable inadequacies of the study.
