【摘要】 黑龙江省是一个农业大省，农业的发展状况直接影响到全省经济社会的发展和稳定。近5年以来的中央政府工作报告反复强调农业的基础性地位，把“三农”问题提上政府工作的重要日程。大庆不仅工业资源丰富，农业资源也具有独特优势，如何把农业资源优势转化为经济发展强势，进而打造传统工业强市的新型农业产业、构建社会主义和谐社会，是大庆地区面临的重大课题。农业产业化作为农村经济体制改革的重大创新，是农业结构战略性调整的重要带动力量，已成为推动传统农业向现代农业转变，实现农业效益最大化、农业富民最优化的必然选择。值此，本文结合自身工作实际，展开了对大庆地区农业产业化问题的研究。

　　本文主要采用文献研究、实地调查、实证分析等方法，充分借鉴、对照和吸收国内外相关理论研究最新成果，对大庆地区农业产业化发展情况及存在问题进行分析，并提出相应的发展思路和对策建议。

　　本文共分为三个部分：第一部分主要针对大庆地区农业产业化模式现状和发展农业产业化的优势条件进行研究，为全文研究铺垫基础；第二部分主要研究大庆地区农业产业化发展中存在的问题及对策成因分析，为后文研究设定研究重点和研究方向；第三部主要研究大庆地区农业产业化模式选择和主体模式构建设计，该部分是全文的研究重点。

　　通过对大庆地区农业产业化模式问题的研究，得出下面的主要结论：一则，大庆地区有着发展农业产业化的优势条件，具备发展农业产业化的潜力；二则，大庆地区现在有七种类型的农业产业化模式，但都在一定程度上存在着问题，其中，最大的问题是缺乏主体模式；三则，大庆地区在农业产业化发展过程中具有三重优势，即有区位优势、自然资源优势、发展基础优势，适合采取“龙头企业+专业合作社+农户”发展模式，因此，应该将此模式打造成为大庆地区农业产业化发展的主体模式；四则，大庆地区在构建主体模式过程中，要提出构建的思想与目标，并要一定指导原则和前提假设下进行，重点要做好四项建设工作，即微观生产组织的构建、微观经营组织的构建、农业产业化利益关联节点的构建和农业产业化管理组织的构建。

　　【Abstract】Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province, and the development of agriculture directly affects its social stability and economic development. Recent 5 years, the central government work report has been reiterated emphasizing the basic position of agriculture and put the agriculture, rural areas and farmers issues on the most important agenda in the government work. Daqing is rich both in industrial and agricultural resources, but it is a major task for Daqing that how to change the agricultural resources into economic development advantages and further to create a strong agricultural city and promote the building of a harmonious society. As the major innovation during the reform of the economic system, agricultural industrialization is the motive power of the strategic readjustment of the agriculture structure, and has become the inevitable choice to promote the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, achieve maximum benefits of agriculture, and promote the agriculture industrialization to a new stage. Therefore, on the base of actual work experience, this paper researches on the agricultural industrialization development of Daqing.

　　It makes the research through methods of literature research, field investigation and empirical analysis and it is based on fully learned and absorbed from the latest achievements in economic theory at home and abroad. After doing field survey, data collection, empirical analysis, comparison and summarization ， this paper particularizes current problems during the agricultural industrialization development in Daqing, and proposes some corresponding solution ideas and suggestions.

　　There are 3 chapters in this paper and the contents are as follows: The first part is research on present situation and superiority of agricultural industrialization development in Daqing, forming the basis of the whole paper. The second part is analysis of problems and solve-methods during the development of agricultural industrialization in Daqing, pointing the emphasis and research direction of the following paper. The third part is research on mode selection and the building of the principal mode of agricultural industrialization in Daqing, which is the focal point of this paper.

　　We can make several conclusions by researching on agricultural industrialization in Daqing. At first, Daqing has superiority and potential in developing agricultural industrialization. Secondly, there are seven types of mode on agricultural industrialization development in Daqing district, and all of them have matters more or less, while how to build a principal mode is the most important one at present. Thirdly, as the advantages in location, natural resources and base for development, it is the most suitable mode to unify leading enterprises, professional cooperatives and farmers, which is a wise choice of principal mode for Daqing. Finally, before building the principal mode of agricultural industrialization, its target and direction should be promoted, and the forming principle and precondition are also necessary. Construction of micro-production organization, micro-operation organization, interest relations and management organization in developing agricultural industrialization is the important link during the building of principal mode.
