【摘要】 我国农村自实施家庭联产承包责任制以来，虽然提升了农民在农业中的主体地位，但也受到了来自社会主义市场经济的挑战。因为个体分散的小农在抵御大市场的风险中能力很薄弱。农民合作组织正是在缓解小农户与大市场的矛盾中应运而生。建设农民合作组织对于推进农村社会建设，实现农业产业化与现代化的发展和“三农”问题的解决具有重大意义。

　　本文以社会互动理论、社会组织理论和社会运行理论为视角，特别指出了农民合作组织的新时期背景与新合作的内容。通过对YD村专业合作社进行个案考察，探析该合作社建立的基础、合作的具体内容以及对YD村社会建设的影响，在此基础上从资金短缺、带动力薄弱、合作社运行、合作内容、带头人、思想认识六个方面分析了YD村专业合作社在建设中存在的问题，最后从融资渠道、合作社的活力、规范合作社运行、实现合作多元化、培育带头人、有机建构政府支持体系六个主要方面进行了对策性的探究。

　　从社会学视角分析，农民合作组织有实现的现实性、必要性和可能性。YD村专业合作社由于处于发展的初期，对YD村社会建设的作用范围仍然较小。主要是因为建设过程中遇到了来自内部环境与外部环境导致的双重问题。从笔者的实地调查分析来看，农民合作组织如果形成规模化、产业化发展，将会实现对农村社会建设的全面推进。因此，笔者认为YD村专业合作社要想实现良好的发展，从合作社自身出发形成“内生力”至关重要。除此之外，获得政府、企业等的“外援力”也是合作社发展的强劲推动力。

　　【Abstract】Despite the farmers have enhanced the dominant position in agriculture since Chinese country implemented the household contract responsibility system,peasants also faced the challenges from Socialist Market Economy.Because individual small-scale production of dispersive peasants own the relatively low ability in resisting the large market risk. Farmer Cooperative Organization is this kind of organization which relieve the contradiction between individual farmers’ small-scale production and the large market. Constructing the Farmer Cooperative Organization was of great significance in promoting the social construction of rural regions,realizing the development of agricultural industrialization and modernization and solving the “three-nong” problems.

　　Based on the perspective of social interaction,social organization and social operation theory,the paper specially point out the new period backgrouds and cooperative content of Farmer Cooperative Organiazation.With the mothod of case study,the discussion analyse the estabished foundations of YD Village Specialized Cooperative,the contents of cooperation and the influences on the social construction of YD village. On the basis of that,the thesis devides into six parts to research the problems during cooperative construction,which is funds shortage,weak driving,cooperative running,the content of cooperation,leaders and understanding.Finally the paper carry out the countermeasures from six mainly parts of financing channels,the vitality of cooperative,regulating the running of cooperative,achieving diverse consociation,cultivating leaders and organically building the government support system.

　　It’s realistic,necessary and possible to achieve the operation of Farmer Cooperative Organiazation from the visions of sociology. As a result of staying at early stage of development,Specialized Cooperative play a less role in social construction of YD village,because its troubles come from both inside and outside during its construction.With the analysing of investigation，if Farmer Cooperative Organizations form the development of scale and industry，it will all-round improve the village social construction.Therefor,it is the greatest important to form ‘inner driving force’ from cooperative itself.Except that stronger promoting is acquired the ‘external driving force’ by government,enterprises, etc.
