【摘要】 农业产业化推动了“农业增效、农民增收、农村发展”目标的实现，是传统农业向现代农业转变的必由之路。有“中国蔬菜之乡”之称的山东省寿光市是蔬菜产业化的发源地，是全国最大的蔬菜集散中心、价格形成中心和信息交流中心，其产业化水平较高，初步实现了区域化布局、专业化生产、规模化经营、企业化管理和社会化服务的“一条龙”发展战略。但不可否认，种种制约因素和深层矛盾，还是制约了寿光市蔬菜产业的纵深发展。

　　本文以制度经济学、发展经济学等相关理论为支撑，搜集、阅读大量文献资料，走访政府主管部门及有关企业进行实际调研，运用调查分析、实证分析和系统分析等方法，在介绍了农业产业化经营相关理论的基础上，分析了寿光市蔬菜产业化发展的现状和未来趋势。在理论分析和实证研究的同时，参考著作文献和国内外先进经验，围绕提升寿光市蔬菜产业化经营的核心竞争力，重点对寿光市蔬菜产业化经营过程中存在的问题及制约因素进行了分析，然后从不同视角寻求蔬菜产业化经营的相关对策和措施。

　　寿光市蔬菜产业化发展历史悠久，经验丰富，具有较强的示范带动作用和借鉴意义，主要做法有：调整种植结构、引进新技术、做强龙头企业、开拓国内外市场、品牌创建、标准化生产等。然而研究表明：龙头企业带动实力不强、蔬菜产品质量安全水平不高、良种开发改进力度不足和蔬菜出口比例低的问题依然存在，并日渐凸显。

　　研究提出加快寿光市蔬菜产业化经营发展的对策建议是问题研究的落脚点。本文中笔者就寿光市蔬菜产业化经营过程中出现的问题进行了分析，并充分运用相关产业结构组织的理论，对寿光市蔬菜产业化经营的问题提出了相应的对策和建议。具体而言，主要包括加强出口蔬菜的生产与营销；推广无公害生产技术，确保蔬菜质量安全；推进龙头企业集群发展，提高其深加工能力；强化社会化服务职能，形成多层次服务体系等方面的对策建议。

　　【ABSTRACT】Agricultural industrialization has promoted goals of "agricultural synergism, farmer’s added close, rural development", is the route to transit from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture .Shandong Shouguang which has been known as "The hometown of Chinese vegetable" is the birthplace of vegetable industrialization, it is the largest distribution center for vegetables, price formation center and information exchange center in China, its industrialization level is higher, preliminary realized area to change position, specialization production, dimension management, the enterprise management and social services "through-train" development strategy. But undeniable, restricting factors and deep-seated contradiction restricted vegetable industry development in Shouguang.

　　Based on the institutional economics, development economics and other related theory, I collected and read documents, visits to government departments and relevant enterprises to carry out actual research, by means of investigation and analysis, empirical analysis and system analysis method, introduces the agricultural industrialization is managed on the basis of the theory, analysis of Shouguang vegetable industrialization present status of development and future trend. In the theoretical analysis and empirical study, reference works of literature at home and abroad advanced experience, around promotion in Shouguang vegetable industrialization management core competitiveness, focus on analysis of Shouguang vegetable industrialization manages the problem of existence, restricted factors, and then from the different point of view put forward recommendations of measures.

　　City vegetable industrialization development has a long history, rich experience, with strong demonstration effect and significance, the main approach is: the adjustment of planting structure, the introduction of new technology, do strong bibcock business, developing domestic and foreign markets, create a brand, standardization production. However, research shows that: the bibcock enterprise to drive strength is not strong, vegetable quality safety level is not high, thoroughbred development improved strength inadequacy and vegetable export proportion of low problem still exists, and is highlighted with each passing day.

　　Research puts forward to accelerate vegetable industrialization development countermeasure suggestion is the problem in the end. In view of Shouguang vegetable industrialization main problems in management, absorption based on the industrial organization and industrial structure theory, research put forward city accelerates vegetable industrialization management measures and suggestions. Mainly include the strengthening of export vegetable production and marketing; to promote pollution-free production technology, to ensure quality and safety of vegetables; promote the enterprises cluster development, improve the processing ability; strengthen the social service functions, formed a multi-level service system in four aspects of countermeasures.
