【摘要】 随着我国对外开放水平的不断提高，我国农业与农村面临着来自国内外的挑战，社会各界都高度关注农业的发展。农业经济合作组织对农业产业结构调整和农村经济的发展均起着重要的作用。我国现存农业经济合作组织发展参差不齐，存在规模小、功能有限等诸多问题，没有完全改变我国农业生产力发展水平低、组织化程度低的现状，这就要求我们探索新的农业合作组织发展道路。本文从这一角度出发，认为我国应该借鉴日本综合农协的经验，探索我国综合性农业合作社的培育模式，提高农村组织化水平，降低市场风险，优化资源配置。

　　本文在阐述了综合性农业合作社的概念和基础理论的基础上，在日本综合农协的启发下，分析了综合性农业合作社对我国农业和农村发展的功能和作用。通过分析国内外社会组织培育经验，并结合我国我国国情和农村实际特点，本文最终选取印度微型金融自助组的组建模式为主要参考对象，建立了我国综合性农业合作社的培育模式。

　　为了进一步修改和完善培育模式，本文以问卷的形式在吉林和黑龙江两省合作社发育比较成熟的地区进行调研，分析影响农户参加综合性农业合作社的关键因素。本文选用Logistic模型进行实证分析，结果表明农民专业合作社的类型、规模、对财政支持的要求、专业合作社负责人对综合性农业合作社的认知这四个因素是影响其参加综合性农业合作社的关键因素，其他因素都不显著地影响合作意愿。针对这一结论，本文对如何完善综合性农业合作社的培育模式提出了相应的政策建议。

　　【Abstract】As China's opening level inceasing, agriculture and the rural in our county is facing challenges from both at home and abroad.All circles of the society are highly pay attention to the development of agriculture. Agricultural economic cooperation organization plays an important role in the agricultural structure adjustment and the development of rural economy.China's existing agricultural economic cooperation organizations have many problems,the development is uneven, the size is too small, the functionality is limited,and so on.They can not completely change the low level of agricultural productivity and the low degree of systematization.It requires us to explore new development way of agricultural cooperation organization. From this perspective, this paper argues that China should learn from Japan's experience in comprehensive association, explore the cultivation mode of comprehensive agricultural cooperatives in our country to improve the level of rural systematization, reduce market risk, optimize the allocation of resources.

　　On the basis of expounding the concept and basic theory of comprehensive agricultural cooperative,this paper analyses the functions of the comprehensive agricultural cooperatives on the development of agriculture and the rural in China inspired by Japanese comprehensive association. By analyzing the social organization cultivating experience both at home and abroad and combining with the conditions of China and the characteristics of the rural, this paper eventually builds the cultivating pattern of China's comprehensive agricultural cooperatives by selecting Indian microfinance self-help groups organizing mode as reference object.

　　In order to further modify and improve the cultivating pattern, this paper researches in the areas of Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces where the farmer cooperatives develop more mature in the form of questionnaire and analyses the key factors affecting farmers’ participation in comprehensive agricultural cooperatives. This paper selects the Logistic model to empirical analyse, the results show that the type,scale,financial support demand of farmers' professional cooperatives, and the professional cooperatives head’s cognition of comprehensive agricultural cooperative are the four key factors that influence farmers’ participation willingness,other factors are not significant.According to this conclusion, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations on how to perfect the cultivation model of comprehensive agricultural cooperatives.
