【摘要】 作者以管理仿生的视角赋予农民专业合作组织生命的概念，并将其置于农村这个模拟生态系统中来研究农民专业合作组织的管理方法。以管理仿生的分析方法和模型为基础，仿照生物生命机理来研究管理的方法，根据事物的相似性，类比羊群生存特征和狼群行为特征，通过具有创造性的思维将管理研究对象与生物体的规律进行类比和研究，构建农民专业合作组织的管理仿生模型。同时，基于管理仿生视角对我国农民专业合作组织发展现状进行分析，找出其发展存在的问题，进行更深层次的研究，并根据构建的管理仿生模型对我国农民专业合作组织的培育与发展提出对策建议，以寻求更有效的管理方法，使农民专业合作组织自身不断发展、完善和成熟。
