【摘要】 社区股份合作社作为一种新生事物，是顺应时代发展潮流的产物，一方面带来了巨大的经济和社会效益，另一方面难以避免地存在发展中的困境。国内关于社区股份合作社的研究，多集中于经济学、管理学、法学学科。本文试图以社会学的视角，通过社会角色理论对社区股份合作社的发展困境进行分析。

　　本篇论文是在社会角色理论的视角下对社区股份合作社存在的发展困境进行的研究，并且以达州市的某一社区为例进行的相关阐述。在前期文献资料的基础上，首先介绍了社区股份合作社是在社区股份合作制改革的基础上建立起来的，简要地介绍了改革背景和全国范围内改革的典型模式。在中期实地调研的基础上，主要阐述了达州市D社区是在数额较大集体资产的形成和原有管理存在诸多弊端的背景下建立起来的，并通过清产核资、股权设置、股权管理、机构设置四个方面进行了政策制定与制度安排，同时取得了一定成效。在后期结合理论分析实际的基础上，总结了社区股份合作社存在的三个困境：受益人资格无据可依、政社不分、福利性、增长刚性和风险性相冲突，然后通过角色理论中的角色不清、角色转换、角色错位、角色意识不强等相关概念进行了原因解释与理论分析。在原因分析的基础之上进一步提出明确角色内容，界定组织社会边界；认清角色规范，提高社区干部素质；增强角色意识，促进组织身份认同三个对策建议。

　　【ABSTRACT】As a new thing, The Community Share—holding Cooperative is a product of the development trend in the times. It brings enormous economic and social benefit, on the other hand, it is difficult to avoid the difficulties existing in the development. The domestic research on Community share—holding cooperative always focus on economics, management science and law science. This paper attempts to use sociological perspective, through the analysis of social role theory, to analysis development dilemma of Community share-holding cooperative. This paper is the study of the development dilemma which exists in community share-holding cooperative in the perspective of the Social Role theory. It takes a community of Dazhou city as the example. Based on previous literature, firstly it introduces the community stock cooperation which is based on community stock cooperation system reform, and briefly introduces reform background and the typical model. Based on the medium-term investigation, it firstly introduces the building background of D community in Dazhou city, which refers to accumulation of a large amount of collective assets and disadvantages of the original management. And D community carries out the policy and institutional arrangements through four aspects of inventory, ownership, stock management, organization. Meanwhile it made certain effects. Based on the theory analysis in the late stage, it summes up the three difficulties of Community Share-holding Cooperative: beneficiary qualification which has no basis, on distinguishes with community and government, conflict among welfare, growth rigid and the risk. And it explains the reasons through some concepts of role ambiguity, role transformation, role dislocation, role consciousness. Based on the analysis of the causes, it puts forward four countermeasures which includes defining the organizational social boundary through clearing roles, improving quality of community cadre through recognizing the role norms; promoting the organization identity through strengthening the consciousness of the role.
