【摘要】 我国的“三农”问题是关系到国计民生的重大问题，近年来，党中央连续出台了一系列有关农业问题的“一号文件”，扶持农业的发展。继家庭联产承包经营之后，农业产业化经营作为一种新兴的生产模式，反映了新的生产力和生产关系的组合。黑龙江省垦区拥有良好的自然和社会环境，具备实现农业产业化经营的优势条件。在社会主义市场机制作用下，财政支农资金比重不断下降，发展农业产业化不得不寻求金融市场中的资金支持。目前，黑龙江省垦区金融市场上存在信贷总量投入不足、缺乏金融创新、保险机制不完善等许多问题，对农业产业化发展没有提供足够支持。因此，有必要研究黑龙江省垦区农业产业化金融支持情况，探讨金融支持农业产业化发展的实现途径。

　　本文首先界定了农业产业化和金融支持内涵，并论述了与论文研究相关的理论；随后介绍了黑龙江省垦区和当地农业产业化发展情况，选取垦区农业产业化水平指标和金融支农指标，对两者关联程度进行分析，利用SPSS13.0统计软件，探究出两者是密切相关的结论；接着对垦区目前的金融支持情况，从供给角度进行分析，找出存在的问题；通过采用问卷调查法，对农业产业化主要参与主体的金融需求情况开展了调查，分析各主体金融需求难以满足的原因，从而在金融供给和需求方面找到问题所在；最后，提出了加快金融创新提升服务质量、完善垦区农业保险制度、加强金融政策与其他政策协调配合等建议。

　　【Abstract】 The issues concerning agriculture, the country and the peasants are of vital importance to the nation's economy and the people's livelihood. In recent years, the Party Central Committee has put out a series of "Central Document NO.1" to accelerate agriculture .Following the household contract responsibility system, as a new pattern of production and operation, agricultural industrialization incarnates the combination of new productivity and productive relations.Reclamation Area in Heilongjiang Province has a favourable natural and social environment.Reclamation Area has advantaged conditions of developing agricultural industrialization.Under the condition of socialist market economy,the specific gravity of fiscal fund for assisting agriculture is running down.so financial backing must be sought in financial markets.Currently,there are many problems in the financial market of Heilongjiang reclamation Area, such as inadequate credit input,lack of financial innovation,inadequate insurance mechanism,etc. It's not provide adequate support for development of agricultural industrialization. Thus, it is necessary to research the situation about financial support for agricultural industrialization development in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, and explore the realizations to develop agricultural industrialization.

　　This paper firstly defined the connotations of agricultural industrialization and financial support and discusses the theories using in the thesis. Then the paper introduced Heilongjiang Reclamation Area and the situations about developing agricultural industrialization.Select the indicators.To select the indicators showing the level of agricultural industrialization and financial support for agriculture,we can analysis the relevance between them.Using statistical software SPSS13.0,we can explore the conclusion that they are closely related in reclamation area.At the same time we should grasp the current situation about financial support in reclamation area, to analyze the reasons from supply and find out existing problems.This study also used questionnaires to survey the financial demands for the participants who mainly participate in agricultural industrialization.And we can analyze the reasons why financial demands are difficult to meet,find out the problems combining with financial supply and demand.At last, we can put forward recommendations,such as to speed up financial innovation and improve the service,improve the agricultural insurance system in reclamation area,strengthen coordination between financial policies with other policies,etc. .
