【摘要】 我国的农民专业合作社已进入了依法加快发展的阶段，截至2011年6月底，在工商部门登记的合作社已有44.6万家，比去年同期增长43.1%；实有入社农户3570万户，占全国农户总数的14.3%。合作社在各产业的分布以种植业和畜牧业为主，农民专业合作社充分发挥自身的优势，在提高农民组织化程度、增加农民收入和促进农村的社会和谐方面发挥了积极作用，但对农民专业合作社经营过程中的问题研究越来越深化；循环农业能够转变传统的农业生产方式，但在耕地、水资源等农业资源的利用上仍存在着问题，循环农业的发展主体仍需具体化。农民专业合作社作为发展循环农业模式的主体能够发挥对农户的影响力，能够提高农户对循环农业的认同意识，从而对循环农业的发展起到推动作用。

　　本文主要分为七章，第一章是导言，主要介绍本文的研究意义、研究动态以及本文的研究思路和框架。第二章主要介绍了相关的基本概念和本文的理论基础。

　　第三章以陕西省为例进行了循环农业发展评价，对循环农业发展过程中存在的问题进行了总结，按照循环农业“3R”原则的要求，突出问题纠结在农业生产过程中对耕地、水资源、农药化肥以及农业废弃物等农业资源的利用上，在农业生产过程中，如果不重视这些问题，循环农业的发展就不会实质的进行下去。第四章首先对我国农民专业合作社的发展情况作了说明，后在此基础上，对合作社发展循环农业的现状进行了分析总结，发现在发展循环农业的角度上，农民专业合作社突出的问题是对农业资源的不合理利用，因为对农业资源的利用意识和保护意识不足，还有在技术上的缺陷，导致农民专业合作社在实际的经营过程中，资源利用效率不高，另外在发展循环农业的意识上还需加强。

　　发展循环农业，要求对农业资源的减量化、再利用、再循环要贯穿整个农业的生产过程中，要有一个强有力的主体去实施它，真正的做到发展循环农业；接下来第五章对农民专业合作社发展循环农业的优势进行了分析，第六章由一个具有代表性的案例来进一步说明了农民专业合作社如何发展循环农业模式，对具体模式以及发展过程中农民专业合作社发挥的作用等进行了分析；第七章给出了相关结论和建议。

　　本文研究发现，农民专业合作社能够有效的推动循环农业的发展，在循环农业的整个模式流程中，担任循环农业相关理论的宣传者，以及农业资源的有效利用者，在创造利益的过程中，担任了利益的联结者，不仅经济效益提高了，也改善了农村的生态环境，无形之中又成了农村环境保护的带动者；农民专业合作社作为循环农业模式发展的主体，两者的结合定会在未来农业的发展过程中创造更好的效益。

　　This article is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is introduction, introducesthe significance of this research to study the dynamics and the ideas and framework of thisresearch. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts related to the theoretical basis ofthis article.
