【摘要】 2012年,中央一号文件明确提出要“依靠科技创新驱动,引领支撑现代农业建设和提升农业技术推广能力,大力发展社会化服务”。传统的农业科技推广体系和模式已经不能满足农民对于农业科技的需求,大力发展农业科技,创新推广体系和模式是新时期推动农业产业发展和实现现代农业的必由之路。如何在现阶段针对农民对农业科技的需求,利用农业科技传播的特点,将农民专业合作社作为农业科技推广的主体,构建多元化的农业科技推广体系,创新农业科技推广模式,这是提高我国农业科技成果转化率和发展现代农业必须解决的问题。本文将农民专业合作社作为主体,以农业科技推广模式作为研究对象。首先,通过搜集并梳理国内外相关文献,简述了农业科技推广方面的研究动态；其次,在基本概念的基础上,简述了国外农业科技推广模式以及对我国的启示；再次,以雅安市名山区蒙峰茶叶种植农民专业合作社为例,通过从与蒙峰茶叶合作社负责人的访谈中掌握了该农民专业合作社的基本情况,阐述该合作社农业科技推广模式建立的原则、优势和运作机制,深入分析该合作社在农业科技推广方面建立的新模式,为建立多元化的农业科技推广体系和创新农业科技推广模式给予更加丰富的现实支撑。在调研中发现蒙峰农民专业合作社在农业科技推广中遇到的问题：政府对于农民专业合作社农技推广的扶持政策还没有完全到位；农民专业合作社需要的农技推广资金不足；农业技术培训的形式不能满足需求；缺乏新型病虫害防治技术；基地规模扩大后,农药残留检测人员不足。本文在对蒙峰农民专业合作社农业科技推广模式分析后,针对农民专业合作社农业科技推广中存在的问题提出相应的对策建议：完善政策法规,提高农业科技推广的积极性；加大财政支持力度,建立多渠道的融资模式；加强农业科技推广培训,提高农业科技应用水平；以农民专业合作社为核心平台,建立农业科技推广网络。

　　【Abstract】 In 2012, The Central Document First explicitly proposed to “rely on scientific and technological innovation drive, leading the support of modern agriculture construction and upgrading of agricultural extension abilities, develop social services.” Because traditional models of agricultural science and technology extension can no longer meet the needs of farmers for agricultural science and technology, developing agricultural science and technology and innovating extension system and pattern is to promote the development of agricultural industry in the new era and the only way to realize modern agriculture. At this stage, for the needs of farmers on agricultural science and technology, using features of agricultural science and technology, farmers professional cooperatives are as a subject of agricultural science and technology extension, building a diversified agricultural technology extension system and innovating agricultural science and technology extension model, which is to increase the rate of transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements and to develop modern agriculture.

　　In this article, farmers professional cooperatives as a body, agricultural science and technology extension model as a research object. First, through collecting and combing both at home and abroad related literature, and brief agricultural technology extension aspects of research dynamic; second, in basic concept, brief abroad agricultural technology extension model, and the implications for China, and describe extension model of agricultural science and technology of farmers professional cooperatives; again, use a case study of Mengfeng famers professional cooperative in Mingshan District, Ya'an City, through the interview with Mengfeng cooperative head, we mastered the basic conditions of this cooperative. An in-depth analysis of the establishment of new extension model of the famers cooperative in the agricultural science and technology, for the establishment of diversif cation and innovation of agricultural science and technology extension system of agricultural science and technology extension model to support more practically.

　　The problems found in a survey of Mengfeng farmers professional cooperative in agricultural science and technology extension: Government's support policy on agricultural science and technology extension of farmers professional cooperative has not been fully implemented. Finance needs of farmers professional cooperative,Iack of agricultural technical training form, lack of new pest control technology; lack of pesticide residues testing personnel after enlarging base scale.

　　After analysising extension model of agricultural science and technology of Mengfeng farmers professional cooperative, this paper raises a series of corresponding measures that cure the existent for this farmer professional cooperative and technology of enthusiasm; science increase financial support and to establish mufti-channel of financing model; strengthen agricultural science and technology extension training to improve agricultural technology application level; take the farmers professional cooperative as the core platform to establish agricultural technology extension network.
