【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的推进，现代农业的发展方向越来越趋向于多元化、动态化和联合化，专业化和组织化元素越来越成为农业经济发展的专属特性。随着组织体制的不断创新，多样性的农民专业合作经济组织成为农业发展的亮点，给农业发展注入了活力。组织发展过程中，将单个的农户和农业大市场进一步融合，在解决现代农业发展的实际问题时发挥了关键作用。各类农民专业合作经济组织的出现，带领农户进行科学生产和管理，不仅提高了农产品的附加值，使农民好处增加，而且，在提高产品质量的同时，能够享受更优质的技术和信息服务，在国家相关政策的扶持下，最终提高农业经济效益。我国目前，众多分散的农户直接参与农业生产经营的现实，使得从农户视角研究农民专业合作经济组织的发展具有理论和现实意义。有农业硅谷之称的杨凌，在带领我国农业走科技发展之路，挖掘我国农业发展的潜力，把握农业发展方向上有着重要意义。近几年来，在政策引导下，杨凌农民专业合作经济组织发展迅速，农民专业合作经济组织参与示范园建设热情高涨。这些带有精专技术或技能的合作组织，在组织农户预防农产品市场风险，增强农产品市场流动性方面起了关键作用，但由于组织数量和规模上的限制，与农民预期利益的实现和促进农村发展的预期目的的实现还有一定差距；同时，没能充分发挥出地域优势和比较优势。对于这种现实状况，结合杨凌辖区内3个乡26个村的调查数据，从农户视觉出发为观察点，以杨凌各类农民专业合作经济组织为对象，对其发展的特点、面临的困境和问题进行论述和分析。基于分析结果，提出通过增强农民对专业合作经济组织的认识，激发其合作潜能，规范农民专业合作经济组织的内部管理，做好扶持、协作和引导等策略，促进其健康发展。论文主体内容分为五章。第一章，结合选题背景，阐述了研究目的和意义，借鉴国内外研究的前沿理论，给出了研究思路和方法；第二章，理论基础，区分了不同类型的农民专业合作经济组织的特点及功能；第三章，分析了农户视角下的杨凌农民专业合作经济组织存在的形式、特点和作用；第四章，结合不同类型农民专业合作经济组织的发展和运营，剖析杨凌农民专业合作经济组织在发展中面临的困境和存在的问题及原因；第五章，给出了促进和完善杨凌农民专业合作经济经济组织发展的具体策略。

With the continuous innovation of organizational system, the diversity of cooperative organization has become the highlight of the agriculture, it has poured into the vigor for agricultural development. In the process of organization development, it will be further integration of individual farmers and agricultural market, and play a key role in solving practical problems of the development. With the emergence of various types of cooperative organizations, which led the farmers scientific production and management, not only improve the added value of agricultural products, make the farmer got benefit, moreover, it improve product quality at the same time, can enjoy a better quality of technology and information service, In the national policy support, it can improve the economy benefit of the agriculture. At present, many scattered farmers directly involved in agricultural production, It has theoretical and practical significance to research the development cooperation from farmers' perspective.

　　Agriculture is known as the Silicon Valley of Yangling, it is in the lead agriculture to take the road of scientific and technological, mining the potential of agricultural development, holding the direction has important significance. In recent years, under the policy guidance, Yangling farmer specialized cooperative economic organization develops rapidly, It is involved in the construction of the park enthusiasm. Those with professional skills for cooperation, It prevents the agricultural product market risks in the organization of farmers, play a key role in enhancing the liquidity of agricultural products market, because of the number and size of the organization on the limit, there is a certain gap between farmers expected to achieve and promote the development of rural interests of the expected purpose, at the same time, it can't take full effect. For this situation, the paper combined with the survey data of 26 villages in 3 townships within the jurisdiction of Yangling, all kinds of specialized cooperative economic organizations as the research object, carries on the elaboration and analysis the plight and problem characteristics of farmers' perspective. Based on the analysis results, put forward by enhancing understanding of the organizations, to stimulate the cooperation potential, regulate the internal management, coordination and guidance strategy, to support and promote its healthy development.

The first chapter, introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, learning from the advanced theory, provides the research ideas and methods. the second chapter, basing of the theory, distinguished the features and functions of the different types of cooperation organization. the third chapter, analysis the form, characteristics and functions of the existence of Yangling farmers' professional cooperative economic organization of farmers' perspective. fourth chapter, analyzes the difficulties and problems and reasons of the organizations in Yangling. the fifth chapter, provides the specific development strategy of Yangling from the farmers' perspective.
