【摘要】 订单农业是农业产业化的过程中衍生出来的,它有多方面的优点,比如把农业产业化的运行风险和成本都降低,这样做有利于化解很多问题,像小规模生产与市场巨大需求之间存在的问题,问题的解决不仅有利于农民增加自己的收入,而且对农民的决策具有很强的指导价值。我国订单农业的市场化和国际化在不断的提高,问题也随之而来,最突出的就是运行过程中存在的巨大风险,这些风险不仅影响我国农业经济,而且还影响了农户种植的积极性。要规避订单农业运行过程中的风险,必然要引入农产品期货市场。延津县龙头企业金粒麦业有限公司利用农产品期货市场对强麦订单进行套期保值,取得良好成效,曾轰动一时,然而,几年后,公司已经停止期货交易。因此,对订单农业的发展,以及农产品期货的作用,和农业订单引入期货市场套期保值过程中存在问题的研究,在理论和实践上都对订单农业发展有一定的意义。本文结合我国目前农业的发展情况,并对相关文献进行总结与梳理,分析订单农业产生风险的原因和规避的方法,对农产品期货市场作用进行阐述,并对延津县强麦订单套期保值方式遇到的障碍进行分析。全文的主要内容是：第一章主要讲述了研究论文的意义,思路,背景,以及论文的重难点和创新点。第二章对国内外相关订单农业文献进行回顾与研究。在第三章,对订单农业不同风险类型进行归类分析,接着对订单农业的风险管理进行分析和总结。第四章对延津小麦订单种植现状及强麦期货订单存在问题进行研究,分析订单农业中引入期货市场时的发展障碍。第五章提出了主要应对策略。

　　【Abstract】Contract farming is derived from agricultural industrialization process, it hasmany advantages, such as reducing operational risks and costs of industrialization ofagriculture, which would help to resolve many problems, like the problem betweensmall-scale production and huge market demand. Solving problem not only helpfarmers increase their income, but also has a strong sense of values in guidingfarmers. Marketization and internationalization of agriculture is increasing, at thesame time,the problem has cropped up, the most prominent problem is the huge risksin the process of operation, these risks not only affect agricultural economy, but alsoaffect the farmers' enthusiasm of planting. To circumvent the risk in the process ofoperation of agriculture, there is a must that we need to introduce agricultural futuresmarkets. However> several yearslater, the company has stopped commodities trading. Therefore,the study takeseffect for the development of contract farming in both theory and practice,inwhich include the development of contract farming, the function of agriculturalproducts' forward, and problems existing in forward market's hedging which isbrought into agricultural order, Combining the present agricultural developmentconcluding and arranging the related references, this essay analyses the reasons ofcontract farming's risks and the methods of avoiding it, states the forward marketfunction of agricultural products as well as analysis the obstruction met in the way ofhedging of the wheat order in Yan Jin county. The following is the main contents inthis essay : Chapter one mainly talks about the meaning, thought,background ofstudying essay, and the key , confused, creative points of this essay, Chapter two isabout the review and research of relevant references for contract farming at home andabroad, Chapter three,the essay classfies and analysis different types of risks incontract farming,then summarizes current situation for research about contract farming and agricultural products' hedging. Chapter four digs into the present planting situation and the problems lying in wheat forward order in Yan Jin, also analysis developmental hinder while introducing forward market into contract farming. Chapter five present the enlightenment of main policies.
